This four-bedroom luxury apartment offers a slice of the tropics at the heart of Paris, located on Avenue Wagram, few minutes away from Place des Ternes and Parc Monceau. Though there's no beach in sight, you'd definitely feel such warmth in this massive upscale rental in the 17th arrondissement near Parc Monceau, Place des Ternes and famous market street Rue Poncelet. The district is known to be closed from its famous Champs-Élysées neighborhood, an affluent area that offers luxury shopping, high-class restaurants, and beautiful green spaces. This alone makes the apartment prime Parisian real estate!
This fairly expansive home has four bedrooms, two bathrooms, a spacious living room, a designated dining area, a fully-equipped kitchen, a laundry area, ample storage, and even a patio terrace. It has air conditioning throughout the apartment, except one bedroom. This home is big enough to fit at least 7 guests at once, perfect for a big family who plans to settle down in Paris.
The living room is the most spacious part of the home. It's big enough to fit in two two-seater sofas, a lounge chair, a flat-screen TV, and a coffee table at the center. Yet at the same time, there's still a lot of legroom too. The neutral color scheme, raffia finishes, and a wall painted with bright green banana trees instill the tropical touch. This aesthetic even runs through other parts of the apartment, from the foyer and dining area to the bedrooms too. And speaking of the dining area, it's notably spacious and located near the living room. The 8-seater dining set invites a sense of community in the entire space.
