Located off the main road (Bay Street) right on the water at Delaporte Point. Quiet gated community with private parking and all you need for an escape to paradise. Only 10 minutes from the airport and about 15 minutes from Downtown Nassau. Supermarket and restaurants within in walking distance. Just outside the security gate is The Poop Deck restaurant and Blue Sail. Across the street you will find Sandyport Shopping Plaza-shops, spas, restaurants, gym & more
House fully equipped with linens, kitchen needs, laundry etc. Air conditioning in the entire house. Kitchen opens up with a breakfast bar to the living room. Off the living room you have a closed in partially covered ocean view private patio. Ideal for BBQing (BBQ always available). WiFi and Cable TV in the living room keeps you connected, if you want to be! Just off the patio you are just 10 steps from the eastern pool, ocean and dock. On the western side of the property there is a second pool to enjoy.
Upstairs you have 3 bedrooms (all recently installed hurricane safe windows). A king size bedroom facing the pool and ocean and across the hall 2 twin beds with an ocean view facing west. Lots of closet space in all the bedrooms. Bathroom has tub/shower, 2 sinks, and lots of storage. On the third floor you have a spectacular ocean view of the dock and pool area with your own private balcony. Master bedroom has a queen canopy, hand carved bed and its own spacious bathroom and closet. Both bathrooms have hair dryers available. Infant/toddler pack and play crib is also available upon request.
Atlantis on Paradise Island is just beyond Downtown Nassau (about 20 minutes away). Tennis, water sports, golf are all available in Cable Beach and Paradise Island. You also have Ardastra Gardens and other local sites to visit and explore.
At the house you will find a binder with local information. It gives you necessary local numbers (ie taxi, emergencies) and also suggests sights to see and places to eat. We have a local manager on the island to ensure the house is ready for your visit and can assist you in any questions or problems you may have. If you decide to rent a car we have a private parking space just for our house. Taxis can be called for pick up or you can find one easily just outside the security gate. The local jitney busses run right outside the main property and take you all over the island.

About Catherine Yaque
This property has been in our family for 2 generations. Over the years we have both lived in it and rented it. We manage the unit ourselves and stay in it frequently so we are sure the house is in great condition for our guests. In 2014 we took a break from renting it and used it ourselves and also spent some time there upgrading things, replacing bedding, painting and generally improving the house. We hope you enjoy it as much as we do!

Ideal location on the island, right in the middle, very close to the shopping, airport and restaurants. Only 10 minutes from downtown Nassau. We love the privacy of this gated community, which has been a big reason we kept this house for so many years. There is a 24 hour security gate and friendly staff to ensure a safe and fun experience.
What makes this Townhome unique
House is literally 10 steps from the pool and a further 10 steps to the ocean. The house sleeps 6 adults comfortably. With advance notice we can arrange for a pack & play cot & high chair for small children.

Relaxing, quiet, clean, and beautiful beachfront condominium!
What a pleasure it was to stay at this condo on the west side of Nassau. My family (including two boys, ages 11 & 13) thoroughly enjoyed it, including the large patio overlooking the water, the spacious living/dining room, and the comfortable bedrooms. The manager, Barbara, was extremely helpful and friendly, and even drove us to the grocery store the day we arrived to stock up. I think my boys' favorite feature was the very fast Wi-Fi internet, though mom & dad only used it to look up places we were going to visit.
The location was very good if you want to be on the water, but out of the hustle & bustle of downtown. We paid $40 for cab rides for 4 people to/from the airport and to Paradise Island and Atlantis. Appreciated the owner's recommendation to book a night at the Comfort Suites on Paradise Island, which offers day passes at Atlantis for 2 days (the day you check in & the day you leave) for 1 night hotel booking, which is 1/2 the cost of tickets directly from the resort. The daylong excursion to Exuma Keys on Powerboat Adventures (which also departs from Paradise Island) was a major highlight for us, thanks to the owner's suggestion.
Only downsides were the overly firm mattresses, and the toilet on the ground floor not working (parts are on order). Otherwise, it's in great shape.
Amazing location friendly helpful owner and manager.
This place has an amazing view and is quiet and away from the cruise ship and all inclusive scene. Restaurants and markets in walking distance. Good snorkeling just outside the door! Our 4 kids all enjoyed themselves despite one of them getting a stomach bug (on the plane on the way here) which was passed to my wife and another daughter.
The downsides were the downstairs toilet wasn't working. I imagine it will be fixed soon. The upstairs window AC is very loud, but we ran it for a little while before going to bed and turned it off. I was fine, but my wife found the bed, or possibly the pillows, uncomfortable. The only other issue
Overall, if we come back to New Providence, we would definitely stay here again!
So sorry you had problems with the downstairs toilet. We have the newest models of these toilets and they are well maintained by the on-site office, but in this case a part needed replacing that had to be ordered.
The 3rd floor does not have the central air unfortunately so we have to have a wall unit in there. I will look into having it serviced as well as review our pillows and mattresses.

I wrote a review of this condo and VRBO misprinted my star rating. They printed a 3 star rating and I gave it a 5 star rating. I could not edit it so I'm writing to correct this for anyone reading a review of this property. It was excellent.
My husband and I spent 2 months at this townhome and it felt just like home. The location was perfect and we didn't need a car because public transportation was right outside the gate. The condo was very clean and well maintained. There was everything you would need, fully stocked kitchen, beach chairs, umbrella and plenty of linens. You only need to shop for your food and bring your clothes. There is a lot to see in Nassau and Paradise Island. There were many restaurants, just a bus ride away. The bus stops at 7:00pm but there are taxis available after the bus stops. The staff at the complex were very helpful and friendly, as were Natalia, the condo manager and Catherine the owner. My grand children visited for I week and they loved the Dolphin Encounter at Blue Lagoon and swimming off the dock at the condo. I loved visiting Atlantis but found it pricey. I would definitely go back.
We stayed at this home for 4 nights and had a blast. We came with our twin 15 year old boys, and each had his own bedroom. The home is conveniently located near the Sheraton Hotel and numerous restaurants. We had a car and visited the town and shops. We also visited Atlantis, but we were glad we stayed where we did. The view is phenomenal and the place is delightful. The homes are in a gated community and is so quiet and peaceful. The kitchen is beautiful and opens onto a great room with a remarkable view of the bay. The owners were so nice and flexible. I recommend this home to any family who wants to stay in Nassau, off the beaten path. We actually spent 2 days on day passes at the Sheraton so we could go to the beach and use the fitness center, rent jet skis, and go sailing. It only cost us ~$90 for the 4 of us. So, you can stay in this home and enjoy a nearby beach and hotel amenities.
Wonderful family vacation
My family thoroughly enjoyed our vaction here. Everything we needed for a stress-free time was right at our doorstep. The beach was right there, and mostly empty (but no shade there) and the veranda with the lounge chairs and big shade tree, overlooking the beach was perfect (and also mostly deserted). The pool also felt like our private pool and was nice to cool off in. We snorkeled right off the dock---head to the left, way out to the big rock (which at low tide you can almost walk out to). Lots of fish, and even saw a giant lobster. We also did the Stuart's Cove snorkeling trip, to three locations, including one where you snorkeled while they fed coral reef sharks 40 ft. below! Our favorite restaurants were Indigo (right next door to Starbucks), Spritz's (in the back of Sandy Pointe --right across from Delaport Point), and the Cricket Club (close to Nassau overlooking the cricket fields and below Fort Charlotte). Shopping at the Straw Market was hot and the vendors not really willing to barter---and they all sold the exact same things!

We offer a variety of payment options-but you can save on service & credit card fees by paying by check.We charge on a PER NIGHT basis for rentals under 1 month. So the weekly rate above is for a 7 NIGHT stay-but you can stay & pay for our minimum- 6 nights. During peak holiday times (Christmas, Easter, summer etc) rates may increase.Many inquiries do not get back to us to let us know if they are interested or not. Availability on a first come first serve.So the first to reply to us confirming that they want to rent gets the rental. Cancellation Policy 100% refund (minus Pay pal and/or Bank Charges) if canceled at least 60 days before arrival date. 50% refund (minus Pay pal and/or Bank Charges) if canceled within 60 days before arrival date. If you cancel within 30 days of arrival your total rent will be retained by owners. Cleaning fee, please add $130 to your booking. Rentals of 3 weeks or more DO NOT include electricity and may have an electricity deposit added to the rental cost or be deducted from your security deposit (depending on usage during your stay).
