This distinctive 5 bedroom 5.5 bath home is located within the heart of the Galena Territory—just minutes to Eagle Ridge Resort or to the GTA Owners Club near several walking trails. The home features a family room with wood burning fireplace and flat screen TV for your maximum enjoyment. The modern kitchen is equipped with everything to make your stay perfect and is open to the dining area which seats 10. The master King bedroom is located on the main level and has a private ensuite master bathroom. Upstairs you will find two additional bedrooms, one with a king bed and one with a queen bed both with private bathrooms. The lower level entertainment room offers extra room to spread out behind a dry bar, over the pool table or in front of the large flat screen tv for hours of fun. There is a queen bedroom with a hallway bath and the last bedroom with 2 twin beds has it's own ensuite bathroom. The outdoor areas are the highlight of this spacious home. Sit on the screen porch or soak in the outdoor hot tub to maximize your relaxation while at our Galena getaway. Please note guests do not have access to the garage at this home. Walking trails are conveniently close, and you can walk to Eagle Ridge or the GTA Owners Club if you are up for an adventurous, hilly walk - it's doable!

You will have access to the GTA Owners Club while staying with us. The indoor pool is open year-round and the outdoor pool is open Memorial Day through Labor Day. The club is an exclusive amenity that can be used by only Galena Territory property owners and their guests. The Owners' Club includes an indoor swimming pool, outdoor swimming pool w/slides, a kiddie pool, fitness room, game room, indoor/outdoor basketball courts, tennis courts, seasonal snack bar, free WiFi and outdoor playground. Don't forget to visit Lake Galena, The Shenandoah Riding Center and hiking trails throughout the 6,800-acre property. Please remember usage of the amenities is NEVER guaranteed. We do not discount or refund due their closure.

Our cancellation policy is NOT flexible, we highly recommend travel insurance. Travel insurance is offered at the time of booking and up until 15 days prior to check in. The provider is CSA. When you book a home with us a 30% down payment is required, this is not a deposit. The full balance is due 14 days prior to check in. If you cancel before the final payment is due you will be refunded that payment less a $35 cancellation fee. At the 14 day mark your final payment will be processed, the stay will become non-refundable and dates cannot be adjusted.

Please Note: You will be required to sign an electronic rental agreement at the time of booking, we ask this be signed and filed within 48 hours of receiving to guarantee your reservation. You must be 25 or older at the time of booking and present during the entire stay.

Check in details are sent 3 days before your arrival to the email on file. Early check in is never guaranteed and cannot be considered until the night before or morning of your arrival. The emailed check in details will cover this process.
