It is a 3 bedroom, 2 full bath, with 2-car + golfcart garage. All new furnishings, appliances, and flooring. There is a king bed in the master room, and a queen in each of the other 2 bedrooms. It is a Designer home (Irisi floorplan) with enclosed lanai, walk-in shower, 65" TV in the living room and a 40" TV in the master bedroom. Also provided are 2, 2-seat gas-powered golfcarts, a weber grill, full kitchen and laundry facilities, with access to multiple pools, recreation centers, town squares that play music 365 days a year.
