Absolutely beautiful home. Very quiet neighborhood. Close to everything. The host was very nice and accommodating. We highly recommend Blue Fin for dinner located in Brownwood Paddock Square.

Nice place Great Location

Very convenient location, about half-way between Spanish Springs and Fort Sumpter Landing. Easy golf cart ride to all activities. Property very clean and exactly as described. Definitely would stay there again.

Great house. Nice location near Lake Sumtner. The golf cart was nice addition. The house had everything we needed. We would definitely rent here again. Was just me and the wife, but could handle larger family easier, we didn't even use 2 rooms.

The house was good for the two of us. We really enjoyed utilizing the golf cart to get around. The location was very convenient to Lake Sumter Landing and Spanish Springs. Would definitely stay again.
