The house is beautiful, well-equipped and comfortable. The host, Val, responds quickly and generously to questions. The location is 10 minutes by golf cart to Spanish Springs and 15 minutes from Lake Sumter Landing Town Centers. We wouldn't hesitate to book this home again.
We weren't the only guests at the house.
Nice to enjoy an adult beverage in the lanai.

Beautiful property inside and out. The cleanest home we have ever seen and stayed in! Every amenity you need and more. This home is wonderfully decorated and is the coziest, most welcoming property and properly named “Serenity Place!” It’s literally home sweet home. Why they chose this property

The Villages is a magical place with so much to do. You will feel like you are at a 5 star resort and will not want to go home! This property is conveniently located to two town squares and has been completely updated and modernized. I use the home a few weeks a year for my own enjoyment. Unfortunately I am not ready to make this my permanent residence yet. The home has been furnished and prepared with all of the comforts and little extras to make your stay enjoyable. You will not be disappointed.

What makes this property unique

This is an updated home put together with care. Clean, comfortable and modern updates. Both bedrooms have King Sized beds so no one has to fight over the master! The neighborhood is very friendly and the location is convenient to everything.
