Spaciousness accomadation

This property was in a good location. The hot tub and open pool were nice features to have in January. The pack and play provided for infant was helpful. The staff were friendly and accommodating. Great alternative to a hotel stay in Las Vegas.

My reservation was canceled 1 week from the trip with gaslighting and trying to get us to take a much lesser room for the same price. Christian was terrible to work with and my refund has still not hit yet. And I've just got home from the vacation. Just terrible customer service
