Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks, and take out the trash

Throw any trash into the bin outside. Throw recycling (cardboard, cans, plastics) into the red bin in front of garage.
Make sure all thermostats are set to 70 degrees.
Leave used towels in bathrooms to be washed.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
Maximum occupancy is 6 guests. Only registered guests are allowed. Exceeding the limit may result in immediate cancellation of the stay without refund

The home is conveniently located near Penn State University, restaurants, shopping and adventures. The owner was very good in letting us know what to expect and gave good directions about check-in and departure.
