About this space
The "Little Blue" House is a newly built home nestled out in the country. It was designed as a retreat from hectic daily life. It comfortably sleeps 4 adults and a small child. Little Blue is located 23 miles from Round Top and 73 miles from Houston.
The space
Modern farmhouse decor, all the essentials provided, full kitchen, spacious and brightly lit. Thereâs an open yard space in front of the house for the guests to enjoy. **No ATVâs or Motorcycles are allowed on the lawn. ***Sorry no dogs allowed at this time
Guest access
Guests will have access to a deck and 1/2 acre in front of the tiny home for walks or room for children to run and play. No ATVs, motorcycles or parties allowed. *Please do not wonder around the property or disturb the residents.
Other things to note
Directly behind the tiny home there is an old mobile home in the process of being moved. Guest views are of the front yard and road. It can only be seen if walking behind the tiny home. Removing this unfortunate eyesore will provide extra space for the guest to enjoy in the future. Guest will not be disturbed by any noise or work activity.
