My husband and I took 2 grandsons (8 & 14) on our trip. Had plenty of room with large living spaces, 4 bedrooms and big outside area. Enjoyed the pool and other games available. Our grandsons are good swimmers so the pool worked well. The pool has more deep area than shallow area. Easy drive to Branson for a day trip. Enjoyed Wilson's Creek Battlefield a different day.
Truly one of the most relaxing vacation houses we have stayed. The owners were very quick to respond to all my questions prior to our arrival. We loved how cozy the house was and the area was very quiet. We loved the convenience to all the restaurants and shopping. Will definitely be staying at this house again when we come back.
We rent Vrbo’s all the time and this was the best all around home that we have stayed in.The owners were very pleasant and easy to communicate with and the house was very clean and very spacious for all of us.We don’t usually leave reviews but we had to on this one because we would recommend it
The house was great for my multi generational family. Grandparents downstairs and mom and dad and kids upstairs. We all loved the pool and the kids enjoyed all the toys to play with. The house was very convenient to the aquarium, but far enough out to feel the peace of the countryside.

I am so glad you folks enjoyed the home and the pool. Thanks for taking the time to leave this thoughtful review!
Photos were accurate, the house was spacious and the kitchen was well stocked. Our family met in MO for a wedding and we had a great experience. The house we rented took us all back in time as we reminisced about the furniture, smells, and decor of our childhood home and where we grew up. Thank you for making our stay so nice!
Very unique house and we enjoyed staying in it. Process as a whole was easy and simple. Only complaint was the leftover smell from fried fish or something. But a very small complaint that went away quickly. Overall great place!
This home is in a great location if you plan to spend some time at Fellows Lake nearby. Groceries and Springfield are 10-15 minutes away. It is very clean and the rooms are big. It listed "hot tub" as a feature though there wasn't one outside by the pool. The master bath had a jetted tub. Maybe that is what it was talking about. Some of the the beds were also a bit firm. The owner was very attentive and friendly. I'd stay here again.

We have worked with VRBO to get that "hot tub" denotation removed. The master bathroom does offer a large jetted tub that can fit a couple people very comfortably. I don't understand why the system keeps listing this feature as a hot tub.
Hi my husband and I booked this stay with my dog for three days. We were looking for privacy and not a lot of people traffic and noise as we own a reactive animal who came with us. Not only did the owners reschedule lawn care and pool maintenance workers because of this, they went above and beyond to ensure we really could relax and not worry! They made sure our experience was number one and it does NOT go unnoticed. We will be back! Anyone looking for a private, quiet place with no distractions and a pool and hot tub all to yourself please book this wonderful place.
We reserved this beautiful family home while attending a family wedding in the Springfield area. It proved to be a real treat: conveniently located to the wedding venue and downtown Springfield, but also to Fellows Lake where we spent an afternoon hiking and birding on one of the trails circling the lake. The house was quiet, comfortable and homey (like a stay at your grandparent's house), and we loved the mature trees that lined the property. Nicholas was a friendly and communicative host, checking in with us during our stay. We spent most of our time at the house around the dining room table catching up, or birding on the grounds. Unfortunately, it wasn't pool season. Perhaps next time.
The house was really clean and the huge fenced in yard was really nice my dog loved, it was in a really quiet neighborhood over all it was a great place to stay.
