Welcome to our tranquil apartment, nestled in a peaceful neighborhood that strikes the perfect balance between nature and city life. You'll be surrounded by lush greenery and calming serenity, yet you'll also be just a stone's throw away from civilization. With a few shops and restaurants just a two-minute walk from the apartment, you'll have everything you need at your fingertips.

You can also hop on the bus that leads directly to the city center. Then, retreat to a peaceful haven.
The space


Welcome to your cozy and comfortable private room in our shared apartment. The room features a comfortable double bed, perfect for anyone staying a few days or making a pit stop on a road trip. You'll also have a small table with coffee and tea, so you can start your day off right or unwind with a hot drink in the evening. This table can also be used as a desk for work, if necessary. High speed internet is also made available to guests free of charge.

While you'll be sharing the apartment with us, we respect your privacy and will ensure that you have a peaceful and comfortable stay. We're happy to provide any recommendations or tips you need to make the most of your time here.

Guest access

The guests will have a key and badge in order to be fully independent; you will be able to enter and leave the apartment whenever your heart desires.

As for in property access, you will have full access to the room (obviously) as well as a bathroom.

The kitchen may be used occasionally and exceptionally, but usually is not provided in the stay. If you need anything else please let us know and we will do our best to make arrangements for you.
During your stay

We want to make sure you have a peaceful and private stay with us, so we take a hands-off approach to give you the space you need. However, we're always available and happy to help with anything you need to make your stay as comfortable and enjoyable as possible.
