New Tiny Home on beautiful horse property! Just 20 miles from Nashville!

Enjoy our beautiful tiny house located on 8-acre horse farm in Franklin just outside of Nashville! The stylish home has kitchen, bathroom, sleeping loft and office nook. It has a high ceiling downstairsand light colors with plenty of windows, as well as ambient lighting for a relaxing experience. Also on the property, is our lovely main house, cottage, barn and artist's studio 60 feet away from tiny house. Visit historic downtown Franklin for great entertainment and dining, as well as a hiking trails nearby for the nature lover! Only 20 minutes from Music City where you will experience country music at its finest! We are close to major freeways but tucked away in a country setting. Please note the stairs are higher than usual and the sleeping loft has very low ceiling so you can’t stand up must be very agile and comfortable in those settings. Also we have a gravel road and no sidewalks . You will park in the grass so make sure you are comfortable with that ! This is a rural setting!

Great location!

Stayed here for a concert at FirstBank Amphitheater. Short drive to the venue, and lots to do nearby! Got invited to the barn to meet the horses on arrival, as it was feeding time. Went over to the fence the next morning, and one walked right over to say hi. Loved the space! It was perfect for a weekend getaway.

The location was perfect, quiet and a short drive to Franklin. Luckily it did not rain while we were there because you park in the grass. Be aware if you come in the heat of summer, the AC does not keep it cool in the bedroom loft. Everything was clean and the necessities were provided.

I am a 5-star super host and I consistently have rave reviews from all of my guests and I LOVE what I do! I wish the guest would have read through our description before booking which states that it is a rural setting with no sidewalks. There are also pictures that show that as well, grass all around, no driveway. This is a charming farm, not a city feel. :) Also, I have never had anyone complain about the AC. It is positioned high on the wall and heats and cools the loft. I always tell my guests to call me 24/7 with ANYTHING. Clearly, there must have been user error with the controls, and I wish so much they would have asked me about that, and I could have ensured their comfort. Every guest is different with communication, and I will continue to do my best to offer my availability at any time during a stay, and I can only hope that my guests will read beforehand to make sure it is a fit. Happy vacay and travels to all!

Nice tiny home, great for a quick getaway

The tiny home was perfect for our needs. We really enjoyed the stay and the surrounding area. The home was very clean and well maintained. It is very small, but was perfect for my wife and I to getaway to the Nashville, Franklin, and Leiper's Fork area.

Quick Anniversary Getaway

Great experience! Tiny house was fun and well stocked with everything we needed. Hosts were available and accommodating! Also, nice location for Franklin visit….good food, shopping and took in some Civil War history.

Spotless with great location!

My stay was perfect. First time ever in a tiny house and they made in great. It waa clean had everything there that I needed for my stay plus more. Great location, close enough to everything but far enough away that you felt like you were in the middle of nowhere. People there were kinda and welcoming. Highly recommend.

Fantastic property and great tiny home!

Tiny house as described and perfect for a couple staying a couple of days. Comfortable, clean, relaxing. The property surrounding the tiny home is very special. The host was communicative and welcoming. Great location close to historical sites, dining and shops. Not far from Nashville (downtown) and most importantly surrounded your surrounded by nature. Highly recommend.

Large Experience in a Tiny

This stay was fantastic. We weren't looking to stay in a tiny house but were intrigued after seeing so many tiny house shows on TV and decided to take the plunge. We were not disappointed. This tiny house is gorgeous, clean and we had a great experience. Hosts were lovely and very hospitable. We will be back if we're are in the area again.

Very nice BUT

Please know you have a very low ceiling upstairs in bedroom area. You have to bend over and craw on the floor to go down the stairs. All other was a 10 very nice folks. Not for older people

Yes, it has the information in the listing regarding the sleeping loft. It is very important for guests to read thoroughly to understand the space they are booking and make sure they are comfortable in that setting. Because it is a tiny home, it is "tiny", so space is limited. We emphasize communication with us (we are avail 24/7 and we probably could have relocated him with no extra expense.) Most of our guests of all ages have raved about the tiny home. :)
