This Mid-Century Modern Palm Desert Oasis has a Resort style backyard with Pool & Spa! Newly remodeled!
Fully furnished with a classy mid-century modern touch. Every room has a different theme and unique wallpaper.
The backyard has a large pool with Cabo Deck and hot tub. A variety of pool inflatables to float around on. Enjoy the 2 lounge chairs in the pool on the Cabo deck underneath a beautiful umbrella for shade as needed. Outdoor shower. Outdoor fire-pit with comfortable seating. BBQ and entertaining bar. Cabana with 8 person couch and lighting. Outdoor swing set dining table for 8. Hammock to layout on. 2 hanging chairs and 6 lounge chairs. Outdoor games (Cornhole, Giant Jenga, inflatable pool pong). Two blue neon signs (one inside "I love this for us" and one outside "When you dip, I dip, we dip") Instagramable! Perfect location for stargazing! All bathrooms have illuminated and defroster mirrors! Great for birthdays, bachelor/bachelorette parties, engagement parties, reunions, or just your perfect getaway/vacation home.
Less than one mile to El Paseo which has designer and boutique shops with outstanding restaurants. Located in a quaint and safe neighborhood with friendly neighbors. Right around the corner from a wide variety of top-rated golf courses.
After spending time here you'll want to come back to this special desert retreat. 4 minute walk to the most beautiful Civic Center Park of Palm Desert which has tennis courts, beach volleyball, an aquatic center/waterpark, baseball fields, skatepark and dog-parks with 50 plus acres of open grass fields.
