When I say 'Proud' I think that might be just an understatement. You see, I am also a Realtor and when the previous owner asked me to list his property, I was elated. But once I stepped foot inside, I knew I didn't want to sell it, because it had 'Me' written all over it. It was love at first sight and I knew that if I had the opportunity to make it my own that I would want to share it with others who would feel the same way. I have called the Desert my home since the '80's', so I know it pretty well. I live, work and play here. I am so fortunate to be in a profession where I can share this Desert Oasis with clients, friends and family. I always tell them that 'Once you experience the desert lifestyle, your spoiled by the magic.'

Our experience here was outstanding! This home is superior to the photos, the location ideal literally less than 1/2 block to main promenade and the sun drenched private pool/yard is absolutely perfect! It's your own oasis in the heart of El Paseo Village. The interior layout is the perfect open space with all views towards to pool.
Our first impression upon driving through the black wrought iron gates just steps off El Paseo onto a private driveway is to see impressive area of grass, palm trees and flowing plants welcoming us as we pull into the carport. Once inside our eyes immediately go to the wall of sliding glass doors and windows in the open living room, dining room, kitchen to view an expansive patio with a private salt-water, in-ground swimming pool! Back in the living room is a stone-ledge wall, large TV, comfortable sectional sofa, chairs, dining table for six and a fully equip kitchen. A small built-in desk offers all the brochures of local establishments and maps. Down the hall are two bedrooms, one main bath and one ensuite bath. Both bedrooms also face the patio/pool. This property made us feel like we were in Hollywood! Thank you, Bev, for such wonderful accommodations! We can't wait to return.
the old saying "location location location " is truly fitting for this property. In the heart of Palm Desert, steps from El Paso and all the beautiful shops and fantastic restaurants. Great entertainment nearby at the McCallum Theatre. 20 minutes from the airport. Everything one needs for a wonderful stay.

This property is exactly as mentioned and the pictures are very accurate. It's newly renovated, clean, very well equipped and when something was missing like a kettle Bev brought one over to us. We felt at home from the minute we arrived and travelling with our son in a wheelchair hotels can be difficult. This beautiful home was exactly what we needed. It has a really nice outdoor grill which we used every day. Coffee first thing in the morning while sitting outside under the adjustable awning and next to the pool, made us feel like this was a 5 star resort. Bev was very friendly and sincere, she phoned us just to make sure everything was to our liking and if there was anything we needed.
We ordered pizza from Z-Pizza (good) and had desert and drinks at Tommy Bahamas (also good) but that was the extent of our restaurant visits. Being from Canada at this time (low dollar) just made it too expensive to eat out.
I would highly recommend this property to anyone staying in the Palm Desert area. We will need to return in 6 months for another treatment for our son and this is where we'll be staying, providing it's not booked.
There's also some great deals on golf!
The Unit is a corner unit with great privacy. It has an interesting access off a commercial parking lot, which also gives it fabulous access to the shops and restaurants on El Paseo. It is an easy place from which to explore Palm Desert shopping and eating on foot. The location would imply that it might be noisy from all the adjacent commercial activity, which it is not.

The Unit is appointed and furnished very nicely with the added amenity of both a private pool on the patio, as well as a community pool right outside the patio gates. Furnishings are comfortable and stylish.
The layout is one of an “open” environment with the kitchen integrated into the living area so no one is excluded from the conversation. The kitchen is fully equipped with many things you wouldn’t expect including a Keurig Coffee Maker, and very helpful and useful kitchen utensils. Dishes and glassware are definitely notches above most rental units.
The living room has a large, flat-screen television with cable TV, although many premium channels are “blocked”.
The patio is very inviting and private with nice space. We rarely went out for dinner since we found a nearby Grocery store, Jensen, which had excellent food to go and we enjoyed dining on the patio. It also has a very usable gas grill. Immediately outside the gates is a large, safe lawn area that invites play for children.
Cons: While there is a dining table and chairs, the unit was not actually designed to accommodate them and their presence is more obstacle than amenity; and they block the fireplace. The community pool is heated, but the pool exclusive to the unit is not making the pool unusable for most of the year. However, for an extra charge, guests can have the pool heated during their stay, which is a common practice in the geographical area due to the high costs of heating a pool.
The king-size bed in the Master Bedroom is well-appointed. However, it is extremely tall making it difficult for short folks to get into and out of.
The Unit is extremely pleasant, comfortable, and definitely invites longer stays. The location is outstanding and one to which you could return many times.
The owner makes a successful effort to present a living space with a great combination of elegance and relaxed comfort.
