We're thrilled to host you in this spectacular home! To make your stay as seamless as possible, we provide a linen drop-off service, so you won’t need to bring your own. Upon arrival, a freshly laundered linen package will be waiting at your door, including sheets and pillowcases for all beds in use, kitchen dish towels, bathroom bathmats, and a towel/washcloth set for each guest. Please note that beach towels are not provided, so be sure to bring your own. At the end of your stay, we simply ask that all linens be placed back in the provided linen bags and left just inside the front door. This helps us ensure a smooth pickup process and maintain the highest standards of cleanliness for all our guests. Thank you for your cooperation, and we hope you have a wonderful stay!

This condominium has everything needed for a great time at the beach. I thought the bed was very comfortable and the view was absolutely gorgeous.

Cute place and it is small. There were No pillows. But the view was awesome. Golden sands is older but clean and had everything you need for a beach trip.

The view was great, the room was small, but we really aren't in it much and was great for what we needed. The room was clean. The fridge is rusting on the front, but didn't affect anything.

The amount of physical space and the view were perfect. We would not stay in this unit again though due to the mold in the bathroom, the seemingly very old and unreliable toilet. The unit was not very clean at all, it just didn’t seem cared for in a variety of ways; a broken trash can, an old keurig, busted kitchen sink faucet, unorganized/messy closets and under sink areas. There were food chunks on the balcony when we arrived. The fridge looked dirty, like something spilled all over it and it was never cleaned properly.I sent a message to the host letting them know my opinions and didn’t get a reply, just two seemingly auto/canned responses about check out time.

The unit was clean and well stocked. The host was very responsive and easy to reach.They also provided a very convenient linen service. The view from our room was amazing. Watching the sunrise every morning was spectacular. The building"s deck area had its own ice cream shop, beach bar, arcade, and beach supply shop on.-site. They also had their own pickle ball, tennis, shuffle board ,and beach volleyball court. There are 2 outdoor pools available (1 full size and 1 baby), along with a private beach area with loungers and umbrellas. There is an indoor pool on the 22nd floor surrounded by windows providing beautiful views of the beach and Bay.The only two issues that we would not give 5 stars were:1. The front screen door was in very bad condition - glass panels were missing from the frame and the screen was only hanging by the top section of the door, the rest of the screen was blowing loosely. This may be something that the building maintenance is,responsible for so I would not necessarily blame the unit host and it would certainly not deter me from returning to the unit for another vacation2. The mattress has a sealed plastic protective cover. It makes sleeping on it very warm- but again, would not deter me from a return visit.Overall, a wonderful unit- would highly recommend

Priceless view

Place was comfortable & clean. Had everything you could need. An amazing view from balcony. Toilet & tub are outdated but, are functional. Golden Sands has stood the test of time.

All was pretty good except for the beds ! Sleep sofa was HORRIBLE, and Murphy bed was adequate. Bathroom was outdated but fine. There was everything in the kitchen that we needed.

Very small apartment but okay for 3 people

Small but everything we needed was there. Loved the location. However did not like that I had to pay a registration fee of $75 to Golden Sands that I was not informed prior my visit. Other than the weather, we enjoyed our stay. This is my 4th stay at Golden Sands over the past 5 years. Love the resort!

Great condo

Perfect studio for our family. The bathroom is dated but that really didn’t matter to us. The floors still had sand when we arrived but you can’t escape that. The property managers were very responsive and went out of their way to make sure we had what we needed.

I am in the hospitality business as well. I did not bring shampoo. There were 4 small tubes of conditioner so I think it is your policy to provide it but I used handsoap for everything. It was freezing most of the time. The note said not to set it past 72 degrees. I am used to 78 so I wore a sweater most days inside. I don't think that the hallway piece or the ottoman next to the kitchen are necessary. I bumped into both of them constantly. The closet had ample space to store extra sheet etc. Also the sheets don't quite fot the bed and my head was on the plastic mattress cover most nights. Maybe the maid could put sheets on. These are minor. All else was great. Thanks Bobbie

Sofa/bed was worn out and springs were rubbing against back and seat. Couldn’t use the pullout sofa because mattress was very bad. Murphy bed needs a new mattress, uncomfortable sleeping. Tub/shower had issues working easily.Apartment could use upgrade.

Perfect solo trip. I loved that this resort provides everything needed for the days I didn't feel like leaving. Easy access to all amenities. For those with mobility issues, unfortunately you can only access outdoor pool/Tiki bar/beach via steps. Bartenders were very friendly. Lots of space to enjoy the sun. Couple nostalgic things about this stay: old General Electric oven, the toilet/tub -- all in prestine shape! This studio provided all the conveniences one needs. I hope to stay here again!
