Condo features open floor plan with upscale furnishings, granite counter tops and stainless steel appliances. With floor to ceiling windows overlooking the Cumberland River and the City, you will experience spectacular views of Music
15 min walk to Broadway and the Honky Tonks, 20-25 min walk to Nissan stadium.

Wonderful location, easy walking to all the attractions. Well equipped and as listed. Easy check -in process and prompt, useful, clear communication. Wonderful amenities on property; several outside seating areas with gas fire pits, grills, pool. Cornhole. Jenga, inside parking. A great overall experience and we thoroughly enjoyed the property!

Amazing location and the unit is fantastic for couples looking to explore Nashville. The walk to downtown is lovely. Make sure to stop by Pinewood Social as it is right next to the building and offers great drinks, food, and bowling! You can’t go wrong staying at any of the owner’s locations.

The property was very nice. While there were many amenities; pool, free parking, roof-top terrace / lounge, and a picnic area, we did not spend enough time there to enjoy them all. The apartment being right next to the trash room was a little disappointing since every-time we entered and exited the apartment, there was a foul odor. There were no issues with anything in the apartment and the property was very nice. I would definitely look to book this again if/when we head to Nashville in the future.

Rocky- I did let maintenance know about the trash room smell as they monitor that and it’s a separate room that hasn’t been an issue

The property was everything you would expect from a first class experience. The host provided a detailed communication from checking in to checking out without any issues. Would definitely recommend if you are looking g for a place close enough to all the action but far enough away to enjoy some peace a relaxation.
