Great location

Everything was nice and clean. We had a great weekend. Perfect location close to everything. Erick was on time and made checking very easy.

Property well maintained. Erik was friendly, attentive, & helpful. Only concern was the parking because other tenants weren’t parking properly to fit 4 cars in the lot. Erik did provide us with a parking pass for the street when we weren’t able to park at the property.

The property was extremely clean, uncluttered, and had plenty of room for all our beach and outdoor stuff. Erick met us promptly for check in and provided beach badges. The location is very convenient to the beach, boardwalk, and other local attractions, and offstreet parking is a premium. The bedroom was very bright at night and would benefit from blackout shades, and the fixing the lack of hooks/bars for hanging even the bathroom towels would be great (thanks to the previous reviewer who advised about this).

Nice two bedroom condo

Place was clean, check in and check out was smooth. We used home for two night stay. Beach is just walking distance. Need to bring kitchen towels/tissues, bathroom soaps and wash clothes. Other unit guests were drying beach towel outside as no towel drying rack inside. Overall nice experience.

4 Stars – Because I survived the bed.Let me start by saying they were super sweet for letting us check in early—shoutout to whoever made that call. Much appreciated!Now…onto the details. There was no towel in the kitchen to dry dishes or hands. I asked in advance and was told there would be one, but apparently that towel ghosted us. Also, the listing said there’d be coffee. There was none. So I’m standing there at 7 AM, caffeine-deprived and emotionally unstable, questioning every life decision that led me to this moment.The amenities? They had shampoo, conditioner, and shower gel—but bring your own new-age essentials like…a washcloth, hand towel, paper towels, and functioning soap. Because the “hand soap” we got was 4 sad bubbles in a near-empty bottle refilled with water. Now, let’s talk about the bed, or should I say “medieval torture slab.” I woke up in pain like I had been in a bar fight with a grizzly bear. That bed has seen things. I’m convinced it’s older than me and my ancestors combined. Definitely the reason this place lost a star. I would not return unless I brought my own mattress and chiropractor.Also, the shower drain? Took longer to do its job than I did to write this review. There were also a ton of ants that did not split the rental fee with me. All that being said—the location was great, the place was clean, and the early check-in gave me life. Just bring your own towel, coffee, back brace, and possibly plumbing tools.

Ok place with a few issues

I am going to start with the positive first. The house was located very close to the beach which was nice. There was a parking spot available. I did not hear much noise from the above rental And now for the negative. I have rented probably 50 homes in the past and this one had the least amount of amenities available. There was supposed to be coffee and sugar, which was not there. There was one garbage can in the entire house for six people, not even one in the bathroom. Very little lighting throughout the house. There was probably 10 plates total, and not even a hand towel to dry them. My biggest complaint is that this was listed for sleeping six which it actually could have, but unfortunately, there were no extra blankets sheets or pillows for the futon. The blankets were very thin and looked ancientand luckily it was not very cold. Another issue that I had as on the late sleeper is that the shade let the sunshine right through Now if there was an extra blanket around, I would’ve thrown it over, but there was not My daughter who slept on the bunkbeds would not even sleep on the sheet. She said she did not feel that they were clean and that they were still sandy. The reason I am giving four stars is because I only stayed one night and it did not reach out to the renter to express my concerns so I did not give them a chance to correct. listing says a code will be provided. That was not the case I had to meet the property owner and sign forms up upon my arrival

Our Weekend Getaway

Property was newly renovated & worked for the 2 days we needed to sleep. Erick was very responsive & allowed us to check in an hour early, provided parking & beach passes so we could head right out! We may have been the first to stay since the reno - the microwave & tv still had plastic on them, the clocks were not set, there was still desicant in a refrig drawer, the A/C needed to be adjusted manually. NBD - everything worked great! Appreciated the regular coffee maker (not Kurig) to bring/make our own! Things to know about this property: 1. There are NO towel racks or hooks to hang wet swim suits or towels. There were a few hangars in a closet. 2. No dish drainer, no dish towels, no paper towels, no napkins, no tissue. You must wash the dishes before you leave... I bought a cheap hand towel and put it on the gas stove top for the dishes to dry. 3. No trashcan in the bathroom, only bath towels - no hand towels or washcloths, no storage at all - no shelves, hooks, no medicine cabinet, under sink cabinet had no handles to open the doors. The toilet paper holder still had the store tag on it, but there was one extra roll. :) 4. Trash & recycle cans right outside for bottles & cans. Yay! You must take the trash out when you leave - there are no replacement bags. We felt the cleaning fee should have covered the trash & dishes. 5. No alcohol on the beach - get creative! Use water & gatorade bottles to get through the beach pass check point! Good place to stay, bring essentials.
