Welcome to the perfect family weekend retreat!

If you’re looking for peace in a natural, wooded setting in the country, yet near cities and several Michigan attractions, then you’ve found the right place!

We offer a private, air-conditioned cabin, perfect for family weekends, girls’ trips, or a weekend with the guys. 2 bedroom and 2 bathroom cabin. Full kitchen with new granite countertops and brand-new stainless steel appliances. Coffee pot with keurig included, as well as air fryer/toaster oven. Kitchen includes basic cookware set, utensils, cutting boards, and basic dinnerware.

Off the kitchen is a two-person eating space, as well as a six-person kitchen table. This feeds into the living room, complete with a new couch that converts into an even larger couch, OR a two-person sleeper. The living room has a 58-inch 4K Roku Smart TV, complete with external plug-in ports; you can log in to your own streaming apps. To the right of the living room is a second family space, with wraparound couch to seat 5-6, as well as full view of the large TV.

The first bedroom features a trundle bed with an additional twin bed. The sleeping area is adequate for three individuals to have their own sleeping area as well as a 48-inch Roku 4K Smart TV and dresser to store your items. The nightstand has 2 plugs for phones or tablets.

The master bedroom also features the same nightstand, a queen-sized bed with two dresser drawers, and a linen closet and attached master bathroom with shower. The bonus perk in this bathroom is a washer/dryer, which can be cordoned off with the door so others sleeping aren’t bothered.

The entire cottage walks out to a Florida room of windows that overlooks what will soon again be Wixom Lake canal. The back room includes a two-seat futon, coffee table and complete outdoor set for four.

Finally, the room walks out to the backyard fire pit with four Adirondack chairs. We have a full size corn hole game set to use as well. The yard is large enough for games and there is a park across the street to throw a football. (This is a private family community/park, so please be respectful of neighbors, roadways and the surrounding area.)
