Great location to experience the city

Convenient location and upscale environment

This hotel is very nice and the staff is very friendly. This is the theater district so it's just a 15-20 minute walk down to Michigan Ave/Grant Park area. Quiet area in terms of street noise at night. Older hotel but rooms are updated nicely. We were there for Lallapalooza and found it to be a reasonable distance but we really only used the hotel for sleeping and for breakfast in the hotel restaurant, which was also very nice.

The third party

Everything. About the hotel was fantastic. The problem lies within the verbal app itself. It was very cryptic didn't give the name of the hotel the address when trying to pull it up and trying to drive to the location Was A Series of Numbers. We didn't know the name of the hotel where we were staying, it was very, very difficult for someone who's never been to Chicago before to figure out where the hell we were staying, the hotel itself was absolutely wonderful, but looking in this way through a third party made everything just a bit of a nightmare. The inside employees were aware when I showed him the app.But no one pulling up to the curb knew where we were talking about.When we showed them the app in the phone?Nobody there knew we drove around and around.No contact from the third party through the app.Just a bot.I will never use verbal again
