Everything was wonderful! It was so close to everything! Also, Troy was so helpful & made sure we had everything at the home that were needed for our weekend stay! We recommend staying here for your next stay in Smithfield. & would stay there again.

Comfort and cozy

This is the perfect place to stay if you are looking for a place away from home. It has everything you need. The place was very clean, the beds were very comfortable. I felt like I was at home. The property manager was very polite, helpful and easy to get in touch with. I will definitely stay here again when I come back to visit my family in North Carolina.

Bring your kitchen tools and sanitation products with you.

The property is cozy and nice the mattress were clean however:The dishwasher doesn’t work, mean the dishes, cups, kitchen utilities, never been sanitized after being used.The dishes are so bad quality. The pans are rusted. I bought new kitchen wears for myself to use it.There is no sanitation products. Only regular hand soap . The shower was so dirty yellowish needed a big deep wash to be able to let my kids use it. The heat is scheduled to low temperature specially at night until we figured it out to reschedule on the temperature we want after spending 2 cold nights. The shower and shampoo are unknown names , they pour it in a dispenser . The shampoo and shower
