We always strive to provide a 5 star stay for all our guests, and Im saddened you did not voice these concerns with us during you stay so they could have bee addressed. * The dishwasher is brand new, installed less than a month. It has been fully functional, and we can only assume the power switch may have been turned off, no issues were reported during your stay or found after your stay. * Regarding the kitchenware, we provide standard-quality dishes and utensils, and no concerns were communicated to us during your stay. * We supply essential sanitation products, including hand soap and dish soap & body wash. If additional items were needed, we would have been happy to accommodate a request, but we were not contacted about this. * Our cleaning team thoroughly cleans and inspects the shower after each stay, and our post-cleaning photos confirm its cleanliness. Again, no concerns about cleanliness were raised during your visit we would have gladly have the cleaning crew return to address it. * You did reach out regarding the HVAC on your third day, stating it was only blowing heat in the living room and not the bedrooms which is not possible. Upon troubleshooting, it was found the heat had not been turned on. Once adjusted, to 70 it worked as expected. * The shower dispensers we provide contain high-quality, hotel-style shampoo, conditioner, and body wash. These are standard for vacation rentals and hotels, offering convenience while reducing waste. They are also shown in the pictures of the home. * We did locate and replace the frying pan that was damaged by a prior guest and it has since been replaced. We are always happy to address concerns during a guest’s stay if they are brought to our attention. We encourage all guests to communicate any issues so we can promptly assist and ensure a pleasant experience. We appreciate your stay and wish you the best in your future travels.
