This remodeled duplex (Units #A) boasts an amazing 2 bed/1bath per unit. The unit has been newly furnished and decorated in 2023. The unit has its own driveway for parking. It’s located in the heart of historic Ozark, MO just steps away from the square, local shops, and restaurants. There are trails, fishing, and the ever so popular Finley River Park all within walking distance. The unit has smart TVs in the bedrooms and living room. The high-speed WiFi lets you stream your favorite app form any TV, while working remotely without any delay! The unit has its own stacked washer/dryer. The kitchen comes equipped with a range stove, dishwasher, microwave, coffee maker (Keurig), toaster, pots/pans, silverware, plates, bowels, cups, knives, and cutting board. Everything you need to make a delicious home cooked meal! The front door has a digital keypad for contactless check in. There are 4 high-definition security cameras outside the duplex for your safety that are equipped with an alarm and 911 services. The unit will be stocked with soaps, toil paper, paper towels, and trash bags for your convenience!

Nice little duplex

We rented this for my son and 6 year old granddaughter to stay at during the Christmas holidays. The rental is centrally located in Ozark, MO and very easy to find. It was clean and the fact that it was pet friendly was a bonus as they could bring their dog with them. Hope to rent it again!

Great place to stay

This property is located off the busy main road so it is super quiet. The duplex itself is immaculately clean, the beds comfortable, water pressure decent. My only complaint was that there is no lamp in the living room, meaning you have. To have the super bright over head light on all the time or be in the dark. While it isnt a necessity, it would have even better.

Jeron was easy to communicate with and is very responsive. When requesting a lamp due to insufficient lighting, Jeron quickly ordered a pole lamp from Amazon that delivered quickly, was easy to set up and resolved the problem. Thanks, Jeron.I suggest stocking more kitchen utensils to include stirring and serving spoons, sharper knives, pots and pans with lids that fit and a colander. We made due with what was there. Overall our time there was pleasant.
