Recién renovado eficiencia de un dormitorio tiene una cocina nueva, baño y todos los muebles. Complex es un apartamento / motel de estadías prolongadas. Cada unidad está amueblada de forma única con todo lo que necesita para sentirse como en casa. La cocina cuenta con refrigerador de tamaño completo, estufa, microondas y todo lo que necesita para una estadía confortable. Se proporcionan todos los utensilios de cocina y servicio. El dormitorio ofrece una cama queen size con ropa de cama agradable y acogedora. La sala tiene dos sillones reclinables. Great place if in the area!

The property was above average for this area. We were traveling for softball and most of the team stayed at a hotel that was not good. So glad I booked here instead! It had most of what we needed for a quick weekend stay. The kitchen was simple and clean but could benefit from a few more place settings and leftover storage containers or baggies. I'm also used to hangers to hang up some items but the unit did not have any. However, if I asked, the owner probably would have brought these items as they were very responsive. The neighbors were very friendly and welcoming. Safeway was within walking distance.

Small but perfect

As soon as we arrived to our apartment, we were greeted by the property manager Alicia. I can’t say enough good things about her, she was so friendly and helpful whenever we needed her she’s there. Even when my silly husband forgot the keys at his friend’s house and we were locked out of the apartment. Alicia somehow showed up at the right time and rescue us from sitting outside in the 115 degree weather until our friend arrive with the key to let us in. The unit that we stayed was small for a family of 3 and 2 small dogs. But it was perfect for us, because we didn’t need much other than having a nice comfortable and clean place to go home to every night after our day of excursions in the desert heat of AZ. We enjoyed our stay here very much and would come back again.

We had a blast!

Great clean place to stay. We felt very comfortable from the moment we walked in the door. It's right by stores and the river, very convenient and nice. They had snacks and coffee, and all the bathroom toiletries you would need. We will definitely be back!!

Good for short stays - unfortunately no pool so better lodging for those not wanting a pool.

So this was our first time using Vrbo. I wasn’t aware that I would receive a room number or even instructions on how to check in until 3:00 on the dot! And then we had no idea what room we were even staying in! Lol so we did sit outside for about 20-30 min trying to figure all this out. But then we finally did get a hold of the manager, turns out she was trying to reach us but kept getting my voicemail lol. Besides all that at the beginning, everything was great! The room was nice and clean when we got there. Christy did let us know that she was there if we needed anything! Also very close to casinos!

Just What We Needed

Property was ideally located to grocery store, gas station, restaurants, and river. The room was perfect for my husband and I for our extended weekend trip. It was clean, decorated well, new, functional, and well stocked with utensils, etc. to make the stay comfortable. Room is on second floor and quiet. The staff was welcoming, friendly, and accommodating. We'll be coming back for sure!

Pleasantly surprised

I did NOT want to spend the money or deal with the chaos to stay at one of the casinos in Laughlin. I was really excited to find this place available but was cautious as I had never booked an "air bnb" before. If my experience is like this every time, I will never stay in a hotel again. Angela was fantastic to work with and communicated so quickly and efficiently. The "room" was large, fashionable, and impeccably clean. There were even small comforts you'd expect at a hotel -- a selection of shampoo, soap, lotion, etc. Plus coffee, snacks, and even bottled water in the fridge! All included in the room rate. The space was comfortable and most importantly: the air conditioner worked fabulously. We never heard neighbors or any outside noise. The bed was very comfortable, the linens clean, and there were multiple types of pillows to suit individual preferences. The room is in what I believe is an old hotel that has been turned into more of an apartment-living building. The residents were all very nice and seemed to be, for the most part, elderly. The entire complex was quiet and felt very safe. There is access to the river and tons of restaurants and shopping within walking distance (if you can stand the heat). The unit is on the upper story and is accessible only by stairs (could be wrong: I didn't see an elevator), so do keep this in mind if you have physical limitations. I would absolutely stay here again!

Shangri-La Riversuites is a nice quiet property located directly on the Colorado River. We strive to ensure all units provide everything you need to make your stay with us comfortable. Beds are very comfortable and include nice linens. We are located off highway 95 to ensure peace and quiet. Property is located behind Safeway shopping center so you can walk to get groceries, laundromat and restaurants. Property also has laundry facilities and day use dock. Many of our units have river views.

Our property does offer some larger one bedroom units situated right on the Colorado River with beautiful views up and down the river at a higher rate.
