About this space
This special place is ON THE RIVER! Others say they are and may have a sliver view of the river, but this one really is ON THE RIVER. Bring your boat and/or jet skis to the private marina and dock, 3 car garage, close to everything, Restaurants, 5 Golf courses, stores, gyms. Very CLEAN, renovated, all modern, well maintained, all amenities you need. Enjoy the lapping waves in the early morning on your main balcony over the River with coffee and late night with wine or go on your private master bedroom balcony in the Middle of the night! I finally found my dream of owning a home on the water & want to share it with everyone for the Joy it brings!! Bedrooms both have Blackout window coverings. Plenty of parking, separate lot for Trailers, Gated community. Very quiet and peaceful. Community Pool and Jacuzzi RIGHT BEHIND MY UNIT, private dock ON THE RIVER.

Neighbor is also on the River, and their Title is "30 Day MIN!" I'm not out to take any of their business away but they seem to be booked solidly and I do less than 30-day min, I do 3 day min. So YES you can get a better price from them if you do 30 days or more!! Maybe I can help them!!

There are SMALLER units in our complex that rent for less and some say they are River View BUT have a Marina view and a SLIVER of the river between buildings. Neighbor and I are both ON THE RIVER, We are 2 of 8 units in the 72 unit complex that ARE ON the river!!

GOLF: I understand that you need to make Tee Times well in advance of your reservation. I will work on a list to send Golfers of the places, contact info and requirements.

Leave garage key, pedestrian gate key and opener on the hall table. Be sure garage door to hallway is locked and garage door is shut.

do NOT put air conditioning below 70°. It can freeze the system and then you will not have air conditioning..
do not put any laundry in the washer and leave it. It seems helpful, but it can get very smelly.

We had a wonderful time! The house was clean and comfortable and our host was very good about getting us access codes, etc. very timely! There are a few stairs but very easy for us to navigate. Loved sitting on the balcony and watching the ducks and other birds.

This is a beautiful place to stay right on the river and was in the perfect location for us. We enjoyed using the pool & the hot tub and sitting on the deck to watch the sunset. We really enjoyed our time here!

We LOVED this place. It was very clean, spacious and the balcony was fabulous with the view of the Colorado River. Beds were comfy. So peaceful. I absolutely will be back. When our stay was over I didn't want to leave.

Everything was Fantastic! We had the pool and hot tub all to ourselves every day. Everything was exactly as stated. Plan on doing a lot of stairs when you come. Thank you.

Perfect and Peaceful!

The home is centrally located and has everything you need for a wonderful getaway. It is clean and comfy! Cat is great with communication, friendly and takes excellent care of her guests. The view was beautiful and entertaining. We will definitely come back again.

Tranquility

My boyfriend and I like to get away together at least 2 times a year! He thought that checking out Laughlin would be fun. We went to lake Mead, gambled a little and had a blast. This place was perfect because when we were done exploring it was nice to go back to somewhere that was relaxing. Hot tub was amazing. Showers have great pressure and there is an amazing dock for your boats or jet skis. Waking up and looking at kayakers going by was pretty amazing. Cute condo.

An experience to never be forgotten

Great instructions and directions with all access information provided before our trip. Great and expedient contact with the host for checkin and throughout the stay. She was extremely kind, considerate and most helpful through a checkin “mishap” that was not her fault or ours. She was on the phone to provide support and to check in on us the entire time. I would rent this place again and I’ve already recommended it to friends. Totally nice place and top rated host!!!

Melissa and her group were great guests and remained calm and not complaining thru the inconceivable "mishap" at checkin. I know there are people who even though it's something out of your control would still blame the host. Her group took it all in stride and therefore had a great visit and a great time. I'm so happy they enjoyed the townhome and look forward to them returning!

Aside from a few mishaps in the beginning, our stay turned out to be good. Malfunction of the garage door had us locked out for one night and pretty much the morning but the native guy who came to repair it was very professional.

Simply fantastic

From booking to departure everything about this experience was fantastic. The location is scenic right on the river. From every window we had extraordinary views. Check in was flawless. The place was clean and so peacefully decorated. We were close to everything we needed as in groceries, restaurants, Starbucks, and tourist experiences. Sitting on the balcony watching the river in the morning was my favorite part. The bed (Master suite) was comfortable with blackout curtains for complete rest. There are fans in every area to circulate the efficient air conditioning. We will choose to stay with this owner again.

Amazing Views

We had such a great time we stayed an extra 2 days. We didn’t want to leave. Cat the owner is very assessable. It looks just like the pictures even better. It was not a problem for us and I enjoyed the exercise but there are stairs if that’s a problem for you. It was perfect. We went for alot of walks and the neighbors are nice too Amazing views from both balconies! We will be going back!! Thank you Cat

Very nice

The owner is very cordial. The condo was as she said literally waterfront property. We utilized the dock for jumping into the river and swimming as well the pool that is open 24 hours that was a plus in its self. But if you have family members that are vapors this is not the spot for you. I do not vape but my big kids that stayed at Harrah’s that would come to visit me do and I would have to kick them outside to the river because there is no vaping in the home or even on the balcony but all in all it was a great experience that I would do again - the little kids loved it - pet friendly Very beach vibe in the home which was cool. Very bright and airy loved it - thank you to the host for the pleasant stay

The host is wonderful and very easy to communicate with. The pictures don't do this place justice. It was so relaxing to sit on the deck and watch the river. We really enjoyed sitting on the dock and fishing. The place is beautiful and the couch is fabulous for a nice afternoon nap. If you're looking for a place to relax and unwind this is it! The next time we will bring the boat.

My finace and I get to visit my home on the River when it is available and I LOVE the peace and quiet and just watching the river traffic go by. Love the Birds in the mornings! This neighborhood is convenient to any place you need-Groceries, Fast food, Restauants, Golf, Casino's and Gambling. Las Vegas is only 1 hour an 45 minutes away. Gated community is a big PLUS

Because it really is ON THE RIVER, not just in the complex with a sliver of a view but ON THE RIVER. Many say they are, but they're not! Look closely at the pictures...... There are only 8 units in LaGuna Nueva complex out of 72 that are ON the river and mine is one!
