Refurnished on 2023 the place has your studio completely equipped with security 24/7 and a high security door at the entrance. For home office work you have 100 MB speed fiber optic Wi-Fi. You can comfortably work and relax with our air conditioning unit. PRIVATE bathroom with towels, soap, toilet paper and warm water all for you. A comfortable Queen Size bed is awaiting for you with a 32" Flat screen with Roku installed so you can enjoy your favorite series and movies. When is time for cooking you have also a PRIVATE kitchen with refrigerator, microwave oven, induction cooktop, coffee maker, blender, cutlery, dishes, cookware, coffee, sugar and purified water.

When you come in you'll find a waterfall and a small patio where we intend to give you the sensation that you already are at the paradise with these natural elements like the water sound and vegetation.
