Mid-Century Modern Home - Hot Tub and Game Room

Your group's base camp in Denver: a 5-bedroom corner-lot house with a handcrafted cedar hot tub, game room with a full pool table, Pop-A-Shot basketball arcade game, and darts - plus a large fenced front yard with a lawn, and a big back patio with lounge furniture to unwind by the hot tub. The house is centrally located and just a short drive from the restaurants and bars of the Highlands, Berkeley (Tennyson St), and RiNo. Red Rocks Amphitheatre is about 20-25 minutes out, Boulder is only 30 minutes away, and I-70 access is a few miles away for those mountain day trips.

Our stay was truly wonderful. The host went above and beyond to accommodate my elderly in laws, including helping coordinate the delivery of medical equipment ahead of our arrival. Their communication was always timely, pleasant, and friendly, which made the entire process so much easier for our family.The home itself was spotless, spacious, and fully equipped with everything we needed. We were a large group ranging in age and everyone felt comfortable — from having their own rooms and personal space to being able to gather together for meals and family time. I highly recommend this property.

We had some issues getting in but the owner was very helpful. This is not a deterrent or negative however we were very hopeful and looking forward to using the hot tub but didn't realize it was so far from the property and we were there during 35 degree weather so it would not have been feasible to walk to and from the hot tub.The game room setup and everything else is absolutely amazing!! Highly recommend!

Wow, this house was amazing! It's close to everything we had planned and very nicely decorated. My friends and I loved the game room in the converted garage and the wooden hot tub in the backyard - highly recommend!

Great house near Red Rocks and not far from downtown.

Very nice, updated property in a quiet community. Very well decorated and modern. The garage has been converted to a game room which was perfect for our grip!

Great weekend stay!

We had an amazing time at this house! Each room was comfortable and the upstairs / downstairs provided separate areas for anyone needing a quiet space away from the living area. The garage / playroom was unheated but a great hang out area, and the hot tub was much larger than the photos show. All in all, great place!

The home exceeded our expectations! The house had everything we needed, was spacious and we LOVED the decor! There were so many games to play, for all ages. The soaking tub was perfect, relaxing and private. We took an Uber to a music venue downtown and ordered take out. The location was very convenient. The hosts were very responsive and accommodating. We will definitely return ☺️
