We're here for you during your stay but our level of interaction is up to you. We are only a phone call or message away. You will be able to self check-in upon arrival. We are happy to assist via phone or through Airbnb before, during or after your stay.
Once a week, one of our team members will stop by the property to put out the trash cans, replenish our supplies, and/or restock sheets and towels. They will NOT enter the home. They have access to the garage or shed with a code. This day may or may not fall during your stay.
Wheat Ridge is perfectly situated near the foothills of the Rocky Mountains, convenient to Downtown Denver, and near several highways. There are many parks, golf courses, trails, shopping centers, breweries, and restaurants to explore nearby. There is a grocery store 3 minutes from the house.

Living areas and entertainment
The open-concept main level offers plenty of space to unwind and socialize. A large sectional sofa invites you to gather around the 50" Smart TV for movie nights or cozy up beside the electric fireplace after a day out. Just steps away, the dining areas seat up to 18 guests, making it easy to share meals and stories together. Downstairs, a full game room awaits with a 100" projector screen, Pac-Man arcade, foosball, putting green, and a giant checkerboard. With ample seating and space for everyone to join in, it’s the ultimate hangout zone for both kids and adults.
Fully equipped kitchen
The heart of the home is a bright, modern kitchen fully stocked with everything you need to cook and serve with ease. Stainless steel appliances, a full suite of cookware and dinnerware, a coffee maker, blender, toaster, and even barbecue tools are provided. Whether you're prepping a big breakfast before a mountain hike or enjoying late-night snacks after a concert at Red Rocks, the kitchen has you covered.
Outdoor living
Step outside to the covered back patio where you can relax with a drink in hand, fire up the BBQ grill, or watch the kids and pets play in the fenced backyard. There’s plenty of space for lawn games, and the patio offers a comfortable spot for outdoor meals or unwinding in the fresh Colorado air. Up to two dogs are welcome with a small cleaning fee, and the yard is perfect for four-legged guests.
Sleeping arrangements
With six oversized bedrooms and eight beds, the home comfortably sleeps up to 14 guests. Three king beds, two queen beds, two full beds, and a full-size sofa bed are spread across spacious, private rooms. Each bedroom is furnished with memory foam mattresses, soft linens, room-darkening shades, and ample clothing storage. The primary suite includes its own private bathroom for added privacy and convenience.
Bathrooms and essentials
Three full bathrooms are stocked with shampoo, conditioner, body wash, fresh towels, and other hotel-quality essentials. One bathroom features a walk-in shower and tub combo, ideal for families traveling with kids. A washer and dryer are available for guest use, along with an iron, drying rack, and laundry supplies.
Extras and convenience
Self check-in is easy with a keypad entry. You'll find thoughtful touches throughout the home including high-speed WiFi, a Nest thermostat, Ethernet access, board games, baby gear like a crib and Pack 'n Play, and an e-guidebook with local recommendations. Exterior security cameras, smoke and carbon monoxide alarms, and a first aid kit ensure peace of mind.

Nestled in Wheat Ridge just off I-70, this home provides quick access to Downtown Denver, the Red Rocks Amphitheater, Golden, Arvada, and mountain trails. Local parks, golf courses, restaurants, and shopping are all nearby, and a grocery store is just 3 minutes away. Free parking is available on the property for up to five vehicles, including an EV charger.
Whether you're planning a ski weekend, a summer adventure, or a cozy winter retreat, this well-located and well-appointed home offers the space and flexibility to make your Colorado stay easy, enjoyable, and unforgettable.
Though we recommend renting a car during your stay, our home is located close to many amenities including restaurants, supermarkets, shopping centers and lots of other retail.
