Beautiful property that was perfectly situated for our needs. Baby items were easily accessible and we really appreciated the stocked coffee! The lockers with items for sale was a nice touch for things forgotten. Hosts were super responsive and willing to take care of or help with anything that came up while we were staying (there were several mosquitos that were inside the house and hosts offered to reimburse us for any citronella candles we picked up to ward them off). Thank you for a wonderful stay!

Some of our favorite things to do outside are biking, kayaking, & visiting the natural springs. We are huge supporters of our local small businesses and have quite a few family owned & operated restaurants that have become our favorites. We actually host a local podcast 'It's All Fine & Danjee' that features small businesses and chats with the owners about the passion for what they do. We love to travel, especially to the mountains and have done so every year for the past 7 years. Hosting our home in Florida has given us the opportunity to move to the mountains that we have been talking about for so many years. Thank you for booking our home and making our dream a reality.

We have enjoyed living in this home for the past ten years. Our neighborhood is safe, quiet, and central to everything. Some of our favorite places to eat and/or drink nearby are: Wekiva Island, The Southern Deli, Propagate Social House, Tornatore's Restaurant & Italian Market, & The Nauti Lobstah, & Three Odd Guys Brewing. We also love hitting the local bike trails or taking the kayaks down the Wekiva River from King's Landing.

Enjoy all the comforts of home while you are away from your own. We have created a cozy, comfortable, homey space for you and your group to be able to relax & unwind during your stay. Watch a movie from our digital collection of almost 200 movies while lounging on the comfy sectional with complimentary popcorn. Have a fun game night while sipping cocktails at the dining room table. Prepare the perfect meal in the fully-stocked kitchen with a selection of spices. Take it to the back porch with a cozy sitting as well as a propane grill. Sitting areas include a set of Adirondack chairs as well as two hanging hammock chairs. A butterfly garden & bird feeders add to the charm of the private fenced in back yard. Don't forget to enjoy yard games provided for fun including giant Jenga, oversized glow-in-the-dark Connect Four, and Corn-Hole.
