Lobster Pound villa is 850 SF of oceanfront luxury. Open concept, cathedral ceiling, floor to ceiling window spaces flow throughout this two bedroom, two washroom villa.

Pets are not allowed. Smoking is not permitted in the Villas. Please use ashtrays provided on decks and patios.
The Breakwater is serviced with a drilled well and septic system (no municipal sewer connection). Please conserve water when possible. Do not flush anything other than toilet paper down toilets. Cooking oils and fats must be disposed of in container provided in fridge.
