Great Home. We would stay here again for sure! Cozy and convenient.

  • 4 of 5

Overall, this was a wonderful home. Location, layout, access, security, parking, decor all excellent. There were a couple minor issues that will be easy to rectify: there are beds for 6 people. The towels provided were inadequate as there were only 5 towel sets, total, easy to fix that. Five people on a 5 day stay need a few more towels and wash cloths. There were a few cosmetic issues with the ceiling and wall in one area, just cosmetic, and could probably be fixed fairly easily. We would stay here again, for sure!!! Great communication and a really great property. We rate it 4.8 (out of 5) overall.

I guess I am just a location person!. I have stayed in several of this owner's homes throughout the west. They are always in great shape and the manager is easy to work with and very helpful. This home is no different. Great one story layout, easy to use and just a couple blocks from Old Town! Although there is not a full kitchen, this is very well disclosed, its easy to fix a simple breakfast or lunch at the home, and its so close to great restaurants. Wonderful place!

Clean and nice location by the freeway!

  • 5 of 5

We stopped in Albuquerque on a cross country drive and this little house was clean with a fenced in area for our kids and dogs to stretch their legs. Right by the freeway and close to Old town where there was plenty of delicious Mexican food.

Quaint, Easy to Access

  • 5 of 5

This is a cute little home that is right off the highway making it a nice stop off point along our trip. We stayed the weekend. Had plenty of parking and were very close to restaurants. Had a nice fenced in area in the back for parking and we played some ball games back there which was nice to get energy out. There was a very large dining table perfect for playing games and we felt cozy and comfortable our entire stay.

About Kathryn

I love travel and I love renting vacation homes. It is the only way we travel anymore-and I have 7 children and now 7 grandkids! Whether we go with everyone or just my husband and I, we love the personal experience of renting a home.

Kathryn purchased this house in 2010

Why Kathryn chose Los Duranes

Albuquerque is a delightful town. We have great friends here and we love the town year round.

What makes this house unique

You don't feel pressure to cook! Great stopping point when you are on an RV or motorcycle trip and you just need a night in a great bed and a hot shower! Plenty of space to stretch out and relax.
