Gorgeous Lakefront Patio home in McCormick Ranch w/ Casita!!
This gorgeous Patio home backing up to Lake Angela is your perfect Arizona getaway! 2 bedrooms and 2 baths in the Main house, along with another full bedroom and bathroom in the separate Casita! There is a large Living room with a desk, futon and ping pong table for you enjoyment! Huge Kitchen, walk-in pantry and a Sunkin Bar in the middle of it all! All on one level (but there are some step-downs). All 3 bathrooms have walk-in showers and the master also has a tub. You literally can walk-out the back patio gate and enjoy a nice walk around the Lake! Feed the ducks, fish etc. We are a very short distance to tons of Restaurants and shopping. Butters, Crust, Z Tejas, Rockefeller and the Village coffee roasters are just a few and are excellent and walkable. Frys ( local grocery store ) is less than 10 minutes. There are SO many places to go and from our location, you don't even need to get on the freeway alot of the times!! Our quiet community has 2 Pools and spas, 2 Pickleball courts AND 2 tennis courts....all free to use for your enjoyment:)
