Our family stayed 1 week here, the place had everything we needed which was great. The garage was attached and worked well for us. The pool and hot tub was close by. The down side was this place is right next to the Scottsdale airport so you hear airplanes starting early in the morning until late into the evening. The house does not have very good windows so you can hear everything, the neighbors on their deck late at night, the gates opening and closing to the community, and the airplanes. We also had issues with the host charging more than agreed too. They offered a discount on last minute stay which we agreed to a set all in price. They directed us to pay on their own site that had the total we agreed too but then after that we had to pay the VRBO fee on-top of it that the host did not disclose. The host tried to make it right by waiving the cleaning fee, but even with that we still ended up paying more than the initial agreed upon price.
