Bedrooms have TV's, cable and WIFI. There is a 2 car garage as well as parking in the driveway for 2 vehicles. We are also located next to the Arizona Canal Trail where you can go for a scenic bike ride or jog. Minutes away from Scottsdale Fashion Square and Old Town restaurants and bars. Close to all things Spring Training, Camelback Mountain, Old Town Scottsdale, Arcadia, etc. Owner is a licensed real estate professional in Arizona.
