Make summer memories at Elkhart Lake! Only 3 bedroom, 3 bath, condo located steps from the beach. Fully renovated in 2025. Hang at the best beach, at the best lake in Wisconsin. Rent a paddle board, hydro bike, or canoe, right at the beach! Swim in the lake, or go up to the outdoor pool or hot tub. Indoor pool if need a break from the sun! Make a family meal or take a break/shower/rest steps away in the condo! Meal at the beach sound good, the infamous Osthoff Lake Deck is less than a block away where you can grab a margarita, appetizers or sandwich and more.

You'll also be within a 5 minute walk to downtown Elkhart Lake where you can enjoy Off the Rails for a great breakfast sandwich, an upscale dinner at the Paddock Club, go back in time for a world-class sandwich or salad at Siebbkens, or a laid back night at Pizza and Vino! Only a few steps away you'll also find the Aspira Spa at the The Osthoff resort, known as a top 100 spa in the US. The infamous "Road America" is a 5 minute drive away where you can enjoy racing at its best, from Indy Cars to Vintage Racing.

Lastly, enjoy free live music near the private beach at the Osthoff Lake Deck, typically Thursday - Sundays in the Summer in the evenings. Relax with spectacular views, good vibes on the top deck or the laid back lounge below.

Host was very communicative and cooperative. There were a few surprises when we got there. Staircase, no elevator for floor we were on, difficult to carry bags; hot tub not available in the winter; some electronics not operable; but location was great! Very comfortable modern design with plenty of seating and sleeping space; all the kitchen gear you need to make yourselves at home.

Yes you are correct, there are stairs up to our unit per the listing, and also an outdoor only hot tub which is open in the summer and early fall. We do now have new ceiling fans, which was the last thing we needed to renovate for the duck renovation! I hope the floor fans were helpful during your stay! Thanks again for staying with us.

Perfect Ladies Weekend Getaway!

We had a great time at this beautiful 3-bedroom, 3-bath condo in Elkhart Lake! The space was perfect for our group of 5 ladies – spacious, clean, and nicely decorated. Each bedroom was cozy and private, and the open living area provided a place for us to relax and catch up.The location was perfect—we could walk to dinner every night, and several restaurant options were nearby. Plus, the Osthoff Resort was just a short walk away, where we spent the day at the spa.Highly recommend!

My family enjoyed our stay at this condo. The hosts were great at communication throughout the stay. I should warn any future renter: this condo is at the top floor of the building with an outside staircase and inside stairs, but no elevator. This made it difficult for us to get our stuff up there, and we could not have stayed here if anyone in our party was handicapped in any way. Also, the listing mentioned access to a fitness center but we were not able to find it.

We love the condo in which we stayed. It was very clean and nicely appointed. The bathrooms are newly renovated and feel very clean. The kitchen had everything we needed and more. There were a few issues with maintenance but was discussed with owner and promptly was resolved. We were there for a wedding, so a short stay but enjoyed the town and the closeness to all the action. Beware there are no elevators- so the third level condo is a hike up some stairs. Also, the property in general is a bit rough - they could use a little help with the grounds, but the beach was very peaceful in the AM when I sat there.

Elkhart Lake is all about the lake! The emerald green spring fed waters. The beautiful beach. The outdoor pool. A snack at the Tiki Bar by the beach. Paddle boarding and other water sports! Not to mention the rich racing history of Road America!

Fully renovated in 2025, steps away from the beach/lake/pool/spa/restaurants/golf/downtown. Short drive to Road America. One of only a few 3 bedrooms steps away from the beach with a water view!
