Enjoy being close to everything when you stay at our peaceful Palm Bay getaway. A large private lot at the end of a charming street in one of Palm Bay’s most desirable neighborhoods. Explore beautiful nearby beaches, unforgettable rocket launches, and historic downtown Melbourne favorites. Quick drive to Orlando attractions or USSSA Space Coast Stadium (baseball/softball). End your day with a game of pool and dip in the hot tub while the kiddos make s’mores & memories at the fire pit.
The space
Bedroom 1: King Bed, memory foam mattress and hotel quality sheets, full bath with separate vanity for multiple guests getting ready. Work space in room, large walk in closet and large Roku smart TV

Bedroom 2: Queen bed, memory foam mattress, hotel quality sheets, vanity with mirror, 2 large closets, Roku smart tv

Bedroom 3: Bunk Bed with trundle. Twin over Full, and additional twin trundle. Top Bunk 200lbs max. All beds have new memory foam mattresses, and hotel quality sheets. Ideal for up to 4 kids but probably too small for adults.

Living Room: Pull out couch that sleeps 2 small people or 1 adult, a 65" Roku TV, remote control blinds for your sleeping comfort

Dining room: Seats 6

Family Room: 7' Pool table and other games to enjoy together

Kitchen: Fully stocked kitchen with Keurig coffee pot, pots and pans, plates, cups, wine glasses, kids dishes. Kitchen includes a table for 4.
and has 2 bar stools for extra seating.

Patio: Space Coast Neon photo op, hot tub, outdoor seating, outdoor bar, and Roku smart TV

Outdoor: Huge private yard, fire pit, and outdoor shower, corn hole.

Beach Towels, 2 Beach Chairs, a surfboard, 2 Bikes and 4 Roku Smart TV's supplied
Guest access
Guest will have access to entire property with exception of small supply closet in the laundry room. Guest will access property with Nest Lock and code given prior to check-in
Other things to note
Absolutely no parties allowed. All occupants must be on the reservation. If you plan to have guests you must get prior approval from the host.

Maximum 4 cars that must be parked in the driveway at all times.

We have great neighbors and respect them. Please respect the quiet hours.

Home is suitable for families and infants but it is not baby proofed ( gates, locks on cabinets, outlet covers, blinds in master with pull strings with safety clip on wall)

The living room has a step down. Please be careful!

Please be aware that there is a small canal to the left of the property. Sometimes it is full of water depending on rainfall. The canal has a slope down and guests with children should be aware of this.

This house is comfortable and spacious, with a large primary suite, big living room, two additional bedrooms and plenty of closet space. The furniture and decor were tasteful. The home was very well stocked with kitchen supplies and towels. Our host communicated clearly and promptly.

We enjoyed our stay at Ali's!! It was just as described and Ali was a great host. We had a late arrival and Ali was kind enough to leave all of the porch lights on for us. Upon entering the house we discovered a lovely gift basket and handwritten note. The house is one of the best stocked houses that we've encountered. My husband and I traveled with two college aged kids and we enjoyed the hot tub, outside BBQ, pool table, etc. Got a great laugh out of the kids playing the interactive Nex playground video game that hooks up to the tv. The house is located at the end of a quiet street in a nice neighborhood. I would def stay here again. Five stars!!

We had a wonderful welcome. Lights on. Fans running. Temperature set to perfection. The hot tub was clean and new and ready for a soak. The tvs were easy to work and watch. A few items were in the refrigerator and cabinets. The spice rack was complete. Plentiful plate, bowls, glasses, paper plates and utensils.The coffee maker was ready to use for a pot or single serve. Not a thing was lacking.

An Amazing Stay – My Go-To Spot in Melbourne

This place was perfect for my trip to Melbourne! The owner was super friendly and informative. Everything was clean and fully stocked with all the essentials—even things I forgot to pack. I especially appreciated the labels around the home; they made everything easy to find.The location is ideal—close to restaurants and entertainment. One spot I really enjoyed was Squid Lips—the food and service there were fantastic!I stay here every time I visit Melbourne, and I always recommend it to my friends and family. Can’t wait to come back!

Property is very convenient to everything you need including the beach. Some great little dining places in Melbourne/Indialantic by the Sea. House was super clean! If i could give 6 stars for this property and host I would. My fiance and I enjoyed the home while visiting family in Melbourne and enjoyed all of the amenities and attention to details by the host. It was easy and flexible working with the host and we absolutely enjoyed the property. If available, we will stay here during our future visits and look forward to bringing our kids back with us.

Perfect stay in Palm Bay!

Right from the start the host/owner Was very receptive to all my questions. Ali was very accommodating. We were renovating another house a few minutes up the road. This was the perfect retreat. After a long day of work. Everything was immaculate. It was nice to have a welcoming snack. If you’re looking for a place that is new, clean, and welcoming this is your place today in Palm Bay.

Location was great. Short ride to many attractions. Quiet neighborhood. Many things to do in the house (hot tub, games, tvs, fire pit outside, etc)Master bed very comfortable (did not use other beds so do not know about their comfort)Toiletries supplied and other items (in case you forgot). Kitchen appliances in abundance with condiments and sundries available. Granite countertops. Tile floors in common areas. Hardwood in bedrooms. Garage access.

This was the perfect house for our Florida vacation! We have family nearby which made it easy to hangout. The owner contacted us ahead of time to let us know things that were at the house so we didn’t have to pack extra! Really cute gift basket waiting for us at the house and snacks which was so nice! We loved the hot tub and such a perfect location at the end of the road and nearby food and shopping! We will 100 percent stay here again. Great communication and things for everyone to do! The kids loved it!
