The Yellow Cottage was rebuilt in 2021 with nearly 2,400 square feet of shared and private space within the lovely Linwood Park community. Walkable to downtown Vermilion and a stones throw to Linwoods private beach, lakefront playground, tennis courts, pickleball courts, sand volleyball, frisbee golf (summer only) and so very much more, including your own private basketball court/patio!

The lovely property offers an ADA accessible first floor den/room with all amenities. The full first floor kitchen over looks the private patio and Linwoods treed grove. The second floor has four bedrooms full of natural light and two full baths. The primary room is Lake Erie facing, king bed, spacious for office work, Roku TV, closet and dresser space, including full bath. Other bedrooms include 1 king, 1 queen and 2 twins. Patio includes gas grill and dining tables. Designated parking and EV charger included.

The town of Vermilion is located directly on Lake Erie and is award winning for its charm and active social calendar including Cleveland Ballet, chez Francois French restaurant, boating, fishing, annual Woolybear and winter Ice Festival, car shows, etc. From breakfast at the Pavilion, lunch at Woodstock, dinner at the Wine Vault and dessert at Grannie Joes, your food options are delightful. Shopping and site seeing will make one’s visit complete.

Enjoy the solitude the Yellow Cottage offers. Ideal work from home spaces with hi-speed WiFi and 3 smart TVs. Pack-n-play, high chair and other family friendly items available by request.

Vermilion is close to Cleveland, Cleveland Clinic, Cleveland airport, Sandusky, Lake Erie’s islands.

See bald eagles year round and hike in nearby Mill Hollow. Linwood is visited by nature lovers, artists, traveling workers, and those looking for some peace and quiet. Walk or bike anywhere. Enjoy the panoramic views of the historic Linwood Park and Lake Erie.
