Cocoa Beach Club 213 est fièrement la propriété de «Stay In Cocoa Beach», le plus grand propriétaire de locations de vacances haut de gamme en bord de mer sur la Space Coast!

L'unité 213 est une unité à deux niveaux avec 2 chambres très spacieuses à l'étage supérieur, 2. 5 salles de bains (salle de bain complète et salle de bain d'invités à l'étage et une salle d'eau au rez-de-chaussée) et une cuisine mise à jour, salle à manger / salon et grande balcon privé au rez-de-chaussée. Il y a Internet sans fil haut débit gratuit et une laveuse et sécheuse dans l'unité pour votre commodité. Un avantage important de cette unité est que vous pouvez dormir confortablement 6 personnes dans les deux chambres sans avoir à utiliser un canapé-lit ou une partie de votre salon. La chambre principale a un lit king size et la chambre d'hôtes a un lit queen, ainsi que des lits superposés jumeaux.

Cette unité offre la commodité ultime d'avoir un accès à la plage privée, une grande piscine chauffée et un green. Cette unité de deux étages est juste à côté de la célèbre jetée de Cocoa Beach! L'emplacement est tout simplement imbattable! La jetée est idéale pour les personnes de tous âges. Que vous cherchiez à pêcher, à jouer au beach-volley ou à profiter d'un bon dîner et de boissons, il y en a pour tous les goûts. Vous n'êtes également qu'à quelques minutes du célèbre Ron Jon's Surf Shop, qui est une attraction locale de premier plan.

Peaceful waters

This property is very cozy with quite atmosphere. The property has a wonderful pool and beach access just steps away from your front door. Very clean and well stocked.

Summer Family Vacation

The property was great. Perfect amount of space for me and my 4 teenage daughters. We absolutely loved the huge pool, as we would often go twice a day, and the beach is just steps away from the condo.

We enjoyed our stay at the Cocoa Beach Club! It was nice to be able to have a room with bunk beds for our family and a room for my dad. We enjoyed boogie boarding at the beach and the kids loved the pool. The unit was clean and comfortable.

Perfect location

We very much enjoyed our stay in this property. Condo was as pictured. Contact with the rental company was always very prompt. Loved having quick access to the beach. Showers between the beach and pool were much appreciated. Nice and close to the pier. I would stay here again!

this unit is so basic! No charm, no real decor. Just the basics...beds, sofas(old, uncomfortable) and TV s If you don't care about niceties of life and want only to be near the beach it is fine. Otherwise not so much!

We sorry to hear about your concerns with the general vibe of the unit. If you get a chance we would love to hear more from you about what specific items could have been different. All of our properties are well stocked, updated and tastefully decorated. Please however understand that in order to help make sure that our vacation properties are well maintained and kept clean for our guests, the amount of unnecessary clutter and owner’s personal items are kept to a minimum. With regards to the artwork and furniture, the pictures for this property were recently taken and they accurately reflect the condition, furniture and furnishings in the unit (all of our pictures are regularly updated).

Nice property, very clean. Loved that it was stocked with start up essentials. Very quiet and relaxing. Not the place to go if you want to party into the night. Pool was awesome and being so close to the beach was so nice. Everything was so close too. The pier had a tiki bar and shops. Clean bathrooms was a plus. Publix for groceries was 2 min away. Nice restaurants and fun things to do. Worth checking out. We will be back!

Lacking. Probably Good for a Short Stay

Sofas were beat up and patched with duct tape, then removed replaced with new but inexpensive sofas on our fifth day. Balcony never gets sun and is hardly private. Some old teflon pots/pans scratched beyond useful. Very clean but totally lacking warmth or charm. Could use another chair or two and maybe a small carpet here and there. Strictly a rental to make money. Very good and responsive management. Excellent pool and beach access. The bedroom with three beds not for everyone. .

Family Beach Vacation

The location was great! Steps to the ocean! Loved having the beach chairs, wish there would have been one for each person. Kids loved the boogie boards! Cooler was useful for the beach! Limited supplies were nice to have. The pool said it was heated, but it was not. We were told no pool toys, so we didn't back any, but there were others with toys, disappointing for my kids. The TV in the main bedroom did not work. There are no bathroom fans so they get very wet after a family of 5 showers.

Amazing staff

We book through stay in cocoa beach every year for our family beach vacation. This year Taylor helped make our stay wonderful. She was very quick to reply to my messages and even helped me early on when I forgot to add the pet deposit. She checked in on us to ensure the room was to our liking upon check in. On our way home my niece realized she had left her beloved stuffed animal “Buster”. I emailed Taylor, and she quickly responded that she would alert the cleaning crew to search for him. Once he was found she let us know and had him shipped home to us. She will never know how much this meant to a sweet little girl. She went above and beyond to assist us. We love stay in cocoa beach and would recommend them to everyone! Can't wait for our family trip next year.

Older community style

Loved being on the beach, heated pool was the highlight of this unit other than no floats aloud and closed at dusk which was very early... It is an older community of guest and residents which made us a little on edge of being a family with kids... unit was nice, not luxurious but nice... Things I would recommend for this unit is invest in fans in bathrooms, garage disposal, and new mattresses or at least toppers... i was tempted to buy one for my stay because i slept miserable and now in pain from pinched nerve in my back. Mattresses were just hard... i wish there was a better mop that had a washable pad because it was hard to keep unit clean with just broom and a sponge mop. Unit had umbrella, chairs, cooler and boogie boards which made the beach trips great as well. Overall was great place... not the best choice for families with typical noisy kids though.

Spent two weeks here. Location was perfect. Close to Cocoa Beach pier, shopping and great restaurants! Experienced two launches from NASA, awesome! Didn’t get to swim in the “heated” pool, water was too cold, but being close to the ocean was great!

Move over! The ants are marching in

First the positives, The location is great. Just steps to the beach. Neighbors seem very friendly. The pool is very big and nice. A very quiet place. The floors were so dirty. We had to wear socks or our feet were black. They didn't do a good job cleaning before our arrival. There were tiny ants everywhere. On the counters, cabinets, tables, etc. Overall, not a great place to stay. Uncomfortable couches. Wouldn't stay here again
