Casa Serena is a private and gated home in Playa Potrero. Butterflies by the infinity pool in the morning and sunsets with ocean views, are just a few of the features of this brand new stunning contemporary home. Open floor plan with windows to showcase the views from all angles. The living room doors open up to the salt water infinity pool with large patio and outdoor shower. 4 bedrooms with 3.5 baths and an upstairs pull out sofa for an extra guest. Plenty of space for family and friends!

The Community:
Vistas de Flamingo is a small gated community in Playa Potrero. Private yet close to beaches, shops & restaurants. 7-10 minutes to my favorite beach, Playa Pencha.

Getting around:
The roads are all dirt in the community. We do live on a steeper hill, so a car with 4 x 4 is recommended, however not a necessity. There are no street lights heading up to the house so it is dark at night. You do have neighbors, but it does feel more quiet and private.

Our property is professionally managed by a top notch local company. They are able to arrange tours, pick up from airport, private chefs and house cleaning. Once you are book they will reach out to you via email. They will be there to greet you at the property and get you settled.
