NEIGHBORHOOD AND LOCATION
The apartment sits in a sought-after, historic neighbourhood. The Sagrada Familia cathedral, Barcelona's defining monument, is literally a few streets away. Eixample Dreta district is famed for its buildings with grand, balconied façades and it's full of shops, bars and restaurants.
In just a short stroll through these beautiful streets you will arrive right at the centre, the fashionable Passeig de Gracia, Ramblas boulevard, Plaza Catalunya and all of Barcelona's popular attractions. Nearby metro station: Tetuan (L2, purple line), Monumental (L2, purple line), Girona (L4, yellow line).
LIVING AREA
In the bright and spacious open lounge there is 1 sleeper sofa, a giant floor lamp, a modern cabinet, an audio-visual station and lots of light from its huge sunny windows. A dining suite consists of a table and seating for 5.
BED AND BATHROOM
The master bedroom has 1 designer queen size bed, night-tables, lamps and closet space. A second bedroom has 2 single beds, a chest of drawers and lots of natural light. In the lounge, the sofa is converted into 1 individual bed.
The complete bathroom has a bath, shower, basin, bidet and WC.
KITCHEN
Apart from providing a complete set of kitchenware, the cool kitchen is also equipped with: Refrigerator, dishwasher, freezer, microwave, hob stove and oven, toaster, blender, juicer, kettle and coffee machine. The bar counter with barstools overlooks an special inner patio at and is an extra space to dine and socialize.

I bought this apartment in 2011, and i have another apartment that it was my own home during 8 years. Because family was increasing i need to change to another apartment bigger, but in the same area that was the area that i like to live. I filled a bit nostalgic to leave the appartment as a my own home.
Since them i have been renting the apartment for tourist and professional reasons. As the experience has been so good for clients and for me. Later i decided to by two additonal appartments in the same building and for the same reasons. And now in 2011 i have bought this one as i dont have enough space for the inquiries, and i like very much the location and the apartment. Right now i own and manage 5 properties in this building.
My husband and I and a friend stayed here recently. It was perfect for us. Plenty big for the 3 of us (would be tight for more -- unless it was a family with smaller kids). The apartment is clean and safe with large windows overlooking the school yard playground, so happy sounds of kids playing during the day on weekdays. The location was excellent. An easy walk to metro stations, yet we felt like we were experiencing more of the "real" Barcelona instead of staying near the tourist sites, shops and streets in the center of town. Those were all easy to get to though. And this is quick walk to the Familia Sagrada.
Jose was WONDERFUL -- easy to communicate with, and he lined up very early morning taxis for us for trips back to the airport.
I'd recommend this place to my friends for sure!

The city, restaurants, grocery shops, and transportation was at our fingertips. The apartment is located in a clean, quiet, pleasant village with a concierge. The apartment was well supplied with house ho household and personal needs so that we didn’t have to do a quick run to the store when we arrived. Jose and his cousin Chelo were very hospitable and checked on us periodically throughout the week. Five stars and an A+!
The apartment was clean and neat. The location was great...not touristy but near to everything we wanted. Jose is helpful and a joy to work with. The building is secure. There is a school across the street so there is a bit of playful noise during school hours.
Cozy apartment in a quiet neighborhood was perfect for us. Jose was very helpful in explaining to us how to get around the city, where to eat and what to see. We had a wonderful time! I would highly recommend this apartment.
Jose had asked us for our travel plans and said he would meet us when we arrived. As promised, he was waiting or us and made us feel very welcome. He showed us the apartment and explained how everything worked. Before leaving, he sat down with us, provided us with a map and laid out where we were and how to get around. He even gave us a few restaurant recommendations off the tourist route. The place was clean and perfect for our needs (2 adults, 2 teenagers for a 3+ day stay). Absolutely a great place to stay for a visit in Barcelona!

Reg said.......Jose's apartment was perfect for us in Barcelona. It was close to the metro, Sagrada Familia (awesome day and night), and Las Ramblas. We originally planned on renting in the Gothic quarter but actually preferred the ability to have a quiet evening (and SLEEP) that the Eixample provides. The great beaches are a short metro ride away, as is the rest of Barcelona..........
