The room was beautiful and very clean. What we didn’t like…very little hot water to take showers. The hot water would last maybe 3 minutes and then get very cold. We made sure no clothes were washing while we took showers. If you were the 2nd person to take a shower it would be ice cold . That is definitely something to check out before your next guests arrive. Also, we could not find local channels on the tv. We didn’t use the television much except at night. We needed instructions on how to find the basic local channels . Everything else was perfect. A beautiful room and views.

Walking distance to the beach, pool at the resort was great, shuttle service to Baytowne for some nightlife activities and a wonderful place to call home for a few days.

Best place we have ever stayed

This Property exceeded our high expectations!! Absolutely stunning views and ultra high end feel throughout ! We will be booking this unit again from now on when we come to Sandestin ! This unit felt more like a high end home than a rental. Highly recommend

The perfect place for a family vacation

We stayed with a family of 7, 5 adults and two children. The condo was beautiful and well equipped for our stay. Comfortable beds, great showers, and an excellent kitchen setup. The property was beautiful with breathtaking views, wonderful pool, and a very short walk to the beach. Activities for all ages and great options for dining. Our property manager, Ami, was excellent to work with. Highly recommend this unit and location.

Very clean and family friendly.

The property was beautiful and very clean. The condo had everything we needed. The beach was crowded, but we never had a problem finding somewhere to set up our umbrella and chairs. Pool is never super busy, which was nice with our grandchild being only 16 months. This was our second visit to this complex, and we will return in the future.

Deja Blue is AMAZING!!

We had a great time in this penthouse condo. The communication and check in process was the best I have had at a VRBO. Everything was exactly as described and any question I thought I may have was answered in the initial email with check in directions. The pool was heated and the short walk to the beach was a plus. This is a must stay for anyone needing a spacious 3 bedroom condo when visiting Destin!!

Overall we had a good experience at this condo! It was clean and had nice views. However, we arrived to a unit in which the air conditioning was not working. It was very hot. Maintenance responded quickly but was only able to provide us with a window unit which could only be placed by the balcony making that unusable. It really wasn’t powerful enough so our first night was hot and uncomfortable. It was fixed the next day but no compensation was offered to us! Other than that our stay was very nice!

Regarding the A/C, our records show that the system was functioning prior to your arrival, but unfortunately, there was a building-wide outage that evening. As soon as we were notified, our maintenance team responded quickly and installed a portable unit to help make things more comfortable. Per the HOA, the A/C was repaired later that night by the building’s maintenance team. Unfortunately, the system went out again the following morning due to the same issue, but it was repaired within a few hours. Since this affected multiple units in the building, we were relying on updates from the HOA, who informed us that it was functioning properly that night. We didn’t hear back from you until the next day, so we weren’t aware there were any continued concerns. We completely understand how uncomfortable this must have been and sincerely apologize for the inconvenience. We’d be happy to discuss this further and see how we can make things right. Beautiful Oceanview Condo

This is a beautiful condo. The decor is amazing yet it is still comfortable. There is a large area with seating to enjoy the outdoor patio/balcony and there is ample seating at the table or bartop for dinner. The master suite is beautiful with an ocean view as well. Two of the three rooms have a private in-room bathroom & the third bedroom has the bathroom right across the hall from it. It is a corner unit and has only one floor above it. The beds were very soft & comfortable and the host was very attentive. Very elegant & stylish unit and would definitely return.

Christmas Getaway!

The listing matched what you will see in person. Plenty of room for the 5 of us to spread out. Walk to the beach was quick and easy and in warmer temperatures the pool area would be wonderful to hang out in. Will definitely be visiting again in the future. The only recommendation would be to put a little binder together of area attractions, restaurants (including favorite spots for various occasions), etc. In our travels around the country I have become spoiled with hosts having this available for their guests. Another idea would be to put a guest book/journal in the front hallway table to let guests right their favorite memories of their stay with you all. Not only would guests enjoy reading other's comments, but I would think it could bring joy to you as well over the years. These last 2 are just suggestions..... I will repeat, the condo is beautiful, Ami was a great hostess and we will be back!

Thank you so much, Shaunna, for this great review! Your recommendation on the guest book is spot on. I have them in our other condos and I love to read every entry. This is the only condo I hadn’t got to put a guest book in. I do send out the restaurant recommendations via email, but you are right that most guest will put their favorite restaurants in the guest book which I have have even gotten some good food recommendations from. Growing up there was always a guest book in every house we stayed in and I would love reading through them as a kid, so it was the first thing I bought in the other condos. I will for sure get a guest book in Deja Blue next time we are down. It was great talking with you and I hope to have you back soon! Ami🌴

Deja Blue Penthouse

My husband and I just spent 6 weeks at this beautiful penthouse. We wanted to escape the Chicago winter. This was our first time visiting Sandestin. From the minute that we entered this immaculate penthouse, we were in awe at the views that go on forever and the beauty of this home. Loved waking up each morning to the beautiful sunrises to start our day. Loved the coffee bar! The beds are so comfortable and we always had a good nights sleep. The pictures do not do this home justice. Beautifully decorated with high-end appliances. The 3 bedrooms all have king size beds with their own bathroom. All rooms have views that are incredible. This penthouse is a true GEM! The walk to the beach is easy. A beautiful beach with emerald water. My husband was able to fish right off the beach. We met a group of people that the husbands loved to fish too. We were able to have a couple of fish fry’s with our new friends. The fish was delicious. Everyone was so friendly! We even saw dolphins and stingrays. The market shops are also not too far to walk. Parlor Donuts is a must, very yummy! We walked to Baytowne Wharf many times. There are many cute shops and restaurants. You can use the tram passes, but we preferred to walk. Grand Boulevard is the center of the resort with many shops and restaurants too. We also hiked the state parks nearby. Very easy to hike and they also had very clean restrooms too! We had a wonder trip, and look forward to visiting again. 💗

Beautiful Sandestin Condo

Absolutely stunning condo with views of the Gulf and the bay. Smart floor plan allowed for comfortable sleeping arrangements as well as enough bathrooms for a family of 4. Easy walk to the beach! Would definitely rent this property again!

Beautiful penthouse

We loved staying here, everything was clean and it was so spacious for our family. Communication was quick. The pool was beautiful.
