The living room boasts a 60" flat screen TV surrounded by a comfortable and sophisticated seating arrangement. The bonus "Florida Room" is one of the best features of this home, as a unique sanctuary for coffee in the morning, a good book, or evening cocktail.

There are two spacious bedrooms, both with private bathrooms and roomy closets. The primary bedroom has a king-size bed, 55" flat-screen TV, and a make-up vanity. The large secondary bedroom has two twin beds, a private bathroom with bathtub, and extends to a lovely sitting area.
