PLEASE READ: There is a guest home (2 bedroom/1 bathroom) behind the home that we have as a separate listing. This guest suite has its own private entrance and there is no way to access the main part of the home. This guest home may or may not be rented during your stay. Please send inquiry to confirm. The downstairs area of the main home features a beautiful, open kitchen with a vast amount of cabinets. Brand new stainless steel appliances and fully stocked with all of the gadgets and kitchen utensils you'll need for a comfortable stay.

There's also an inviting living room area that features a smartTV with two couches.

The downstairs area has a bathroom with standing shower and a brand new washer/dryer.

Upstairs there are three bedrooms along with a shared bathroom.
Bedroom 1: A queen mattress with two closets. No TV.
Bedroom 2: Two twin mattresses with closet and SmartTV.
Bedroom 3: A king mattress with closet and SmartTV

Just outside of bedroom 3 is a den with a small work desk and access to the upstairs balcony. The upstairs shared bathroom has a classical bathtub with a wrap around curtain.

The SmartTVs are set up for Bring Your Own Login. We don’t offer any streaming/cable services.

Our rules are listed below:

- Please don’t flush wet wipes down the toilet. This unit has sensitive pipes and it will cause the sewer to back into the property. We kindly ask to dispose wet wipes in trash.

-Early check-in or late check-out is available for a fee. Please send inquiry for details.

- ***No parties or illegal activity allowed on site*** GUESTS WILL BE ASKED TO VACATE THE PROPERTY IMMEDIATELY AND BE FINED $1,000 PUS ANY EXPENSES AS A RESULT OF DAMAGES OR ADDITIONAL CLEANINGS.

- No eating or drinking in the bedrooms (closed water bottles are an exception). Additional cleaning fees to remove food/drink stains will apply.

- Up to 6 additional day visitors are allowed.
- Limited to 2 pets less than 35 lbs (additional fee of $80 will apply)

- Communicate problems at check-in or upon discovery to give the host 24 hours to remedy the issue.

- Expectation is for the home to be returned in the condition in which you found it.
