From the moment we booked the host was exceptionally prompt with communication and was extreamly helpful in fulfilling our needs. Once we stepped into the rentaly we were overwhelmed by the spacious interior, clean and inviting. Even though we only stayed 1 night, we were absolutely thrilled with this rental. Will definately book again and refer our visitors that come to Jacksonville.

What a perfect stay! Location was awesome! So many restaurants and coffee shops close by. Loved walking to the park by the river also. The home is very spacious! We were really pleased -- loved it. And the hosts have gone out of their way to make sure we had all the niceties we needed for our getaway. We appreciated the coffee and though we didn't use it, we thought the waffle iron and waffle batter fixings was a really nice touch. The patio is also delightful. We highly recommend staying here and would do so again if we return! Having plenty of parking was nice also. It was the perfect stay.

We so loved staying here during the week of our daughter’s wedding! The house and grounds have so many lovely details—the bride and groom even did their “first look” here, taking photos inside and out (yes, in July Jax heat!). And because the layout of the house is so spacious, there was plenty of room for the parents and bridal party to look on. (Plenty of parking too.)ALL of the furniture is comfortable, even the couches, where we spent 7 hours the next day visiting with the newlyweds all to ourselves! A few things of note: —Late night noise from 5 points was an issue Friday night this time and Saturday night last time. That said, the location was absolutely perfect for us, being so close to the reception venue (Friday Musicale); Publix, where we got our catering when the groom’s family came for the rehearsal; Sweet Theory, where we got the gluten-free cupcakes for the wedding; Riverside Park for more wedding photos; and of course coffee. —The abstract artwork in the dining room is a bit racy, but if you just focus on the colors, it’s not so bad, lol. —We needed to contact the host during evening hours for an issue with the house, and he was there in minutes, fixing it with a smile! (Thanks, Joe!)—Any old home near the coast is subject to musty smells…as highly sensitive people to that sort of thing, we found this home to be very tolerable. We’ve stayed in several rentals in Jax over the past 3 years, and this one by far was my favorite!

Love Jacksonvile to begin with but this house is in a perfect spot and the history and character it has was amazing. We were able to walk to Publix for a few things and it is close to so many restaurants and businesses. The weather was beautiful and the patio was perfect! Had a question and called instead of texting and owner pick up right away! Everything was excellent right down to the nice neighbor who allowed us to love on her little puppy while walking her. Great stay and would stay again!

Excellent apartment in the Happening Five Points neighborhood

This renovated home gives a lot of space to travel with friends or family. Two bedrooms plus 1.5 bathrooms. It is located in a great area near the Five Points restaurants and a Publix right around the block. The apartment was generally clean; there are two separate sitting areas with plenty of room to spread out if needed.
