Come relax in this stylish, conveniently located home. Walk to the beach, then come back and wash off the sand in the outdoor shower. Make a meal in our fully equipped kitchen and cozy up to the backyard firepit and have some s'mores for dessert, or take the night off and choose from one of the many delicious restaurants nearby. Perfect vacation spot just 4 blocks from the sandy shores of Jacksonville Beach! (7 min walk or 2 min drive to beach access) Not far from Mayo Clinic and TPC Sawgrass.

We had a wonderful trip! The house is so cute and cozy it was plenty spacious for 6 people. I was super excited how clean this house was when we arrived!! Everything works great in the house, the walk to the beach isn’t bad at all- about 2 blocks. You may want to bring your own wagon- FYI. We will stay again if we are headed to Jacksonville.

The host was accommodating to our early 6am flight that arrived at JAX at 7:30am, allowing us to check in at noon, that was very appreciated! House was lovely and clean. Our family enjoyed the fire pit and we even made s’mores. The location was great, just a short walk to the beach.

Why they chose this property

This neighborhood is quiet but close to all the eateries and grocery stores and most importantly to the beautiful beach! My family lived in this area for a few years and it was amazing being able to walk for miles along the shores of the Atlantic Ocean.

What makes this property unique

Sunshine Daydream is a clutter-free, superbly clean home with a great backyard space for socializing. The firepit is a hit during the cooler months! The location is convenient to restaurants in Jacksonville Beach and Atlantic Beach, so it is the best of both worlds.
