Misleading

The listing includes balcony in the details, but you are guaranteed nothing. The hotel was immaculate but I felt that we were misled between the room we got and what the pictures show.

Overall very satisfied and right on Bourbon street in the middle of everything. I was surprised that they didn’t offer curbside valet parking but it’s understandable considering how busy it is on that street

The valet was pricey and the fees stack up quickly but the ability to stay on bourbon street is incredible. From sleeping in a comfy quiet room to beignets in thirty seconds. Already planning our next visit. And everyone from valet to front desk to housekeepers and bellhops were so kind. The pool area is gorgeous and again you just can’t beat the location. Looking forward to a balcony room next time.
