This 11th floor, one bedroom unit has unbelievable views from the private balcony. The living room is beautifully decorated in relaxing earth tones and houses a new HDTV with entertainment system for those nights spent in. The fully- equipped, modern kitchen has everything you need for cooking; there is also a washer/dryer in the unit for your utmost convenience. The master bedroom has a luxurious king-size bed and a TV/DVD player in the armoire.

Unhappy stay

We have stayed in Sandestin Beachside II with Gibson for the past 3 or 4 years in May and usually fall. The condo was very nice except we would have liked an outdoor table to eat since the view is the main reason for staying on the beach. With that said, we probably will not return because we were unable to use our balcony for most of the day and night because of the cigarette smoke coming from close proximity condos. We informed Gibson and was not offered any solution. We contacted Sandestin resort directly and they suggested we book through them in future because they would have offered to move us. The balcony area seriously needs to be addressed with the condo owners association. We who do not smoke have as much right to enjoy our outdoor space as smokers. We were here ten days and what a shame to not be able to utilize the best part of a beach front condo. Again not sure if will stay or recommend again since we feel we did not get to enjoy all the amenities a beach front condo offers and we paid for in our rental cost.

Owner's Response: We are so sorry you had such an experience and truly wish we could have done more to make your stay more pleasant. We do realize this is an important issue for you and don’t want to discount your rights in any way; however, with Florida law, guests are allowed to smoke on balconies and are only penalized by the Owner/property management company if they leave a door open and the smell is found inside or if any damage/excess housekeeping is warranted. Being able to track where smoke is coming from in a 150+ unit high-rise is incredibly difficult as you may understand. We hope you 3+ years of using our services does not go by the wayside as we understood you truly enjoyed our condos and management just as much as we are thrilled each year to find a vacation rental for you. We cannot go into detail on another entity's "promise" to you, however we are most certain they would be breaching their rental contract with an Owner just as we would for a situation like this and could wind up in very big trouble. We hoped you enjoyed the gorgeous condo and updates. Come back to see us next year for your promised return guest discount.

Nice unit, location, amenities. Tennis and golf nearby with many good restaurants close. Office maintenance and security were very friendly and helpful. Maintenance even made a ramp for a wheelchair bound visitor. Very special! Had trouble with master tv.

Perfect Weekend Beach Escape

My significant other and I just returned from a long weekend getaway in the 4310 Beachside II one bedroom condo. I couldn't be more pleased with our entire experience! On the day of our arrival, I received a call from Gibson ensuring that I had access to the door codes. This was a nice touch! Upon arrival, everything was seamless. We walked into a lovely condo, which was even nicer than the photos depict. How often does that happen? We had everything we needed available to us in the kitchen and enjoyed the beach chairs and umbrellas provided in the unit. The unit was spotless and the furniture and linens were in excellent condition. I will most definitely rent from this company on future trips to Destin. They are helpful, responsive and deliver more than promised.
