Located on Spring Street, this historical landmark offers a variety of exemplary furnishings and amenities perfect for your getaway. Spend a night out on the town or relax in one of our two jetted hot tubs, and discover the exceptional amenities and charm of this captivating historical building. Book your stay today!

Enjoy a beautiful, newly remodeled condo - perfectly located on Spring Street! We offer a free designated off street parking and we’re walking distance to all of the action downtown!

You’ll have the entire Suite to yourself! We’ll provide check-in instructions with the property address and door code on the day before check-in. There are two hot tubs and fire pits on the property for your enjoyment.

We are here to answer any questions you may have! We’ll also give recommendations on our favorite places to visit while enjoying our beautiful town.

We are located in a safe neighborhood in the Historical District in Downtown Eureka Springs.

We are walking distance to the downtown shops and restaurants. There is a local taxi service, as well as Uber on the weekends. We also have a trolly that you can ride for a fee, to get a tour of the town.

For larger groups, inquire about booking multiple suites or the entire property. If it is available then we are happy to accommodate.
Please ensure the stove fan is on while cooking.

We love staying here! Perfect location! We walked downtown, rode the trolly (stop is just feet away from the front door), soaked in the hot tub, had a perfect long weekend get away!! We will be back!!

Loved our stay!

This property was everything we needed for a relaxing girls weekend! In the heart of Eureka Springs within walking distance of shopping and activities. We also loved the hot tub provided for a little relaxation. Would 10/10 recommend!

We had a wonderful stay! The condo far exceeded both the description and our expectations! Perfect location in walking distance to shops, amidst the Victorian homes. This is a wonderful, one level unit entered from a roomy carport - very rare in mountainous Eureka Springs. It is a beautifully designed combination of modern comfort with stylish architectural touches reflecting the building’s history. The beds are great, linens very lux and the appliances quite modern and nice. The large balcony had a great view of the trees and even the Statue of the Ozarks in the distance. We've stayed in Eureka Springs many times over the years and highly recommend this property!

Spring Break in Eureka

Enjoyed a quick 2 night stay. Condo was very comfortable, clean and matched the listing description. The off street parking, quick walk to downtown and convenience of being on the red trolley route, made the visit easy to manage with elementary age kids. Would definitely book again!

I usually go to Eureka Springs a couple times a year. This property was very nice and exceptionally clean. Nice back porch to read and just be. One of our party forgot his phone and it was mailed to us the same day. Within walking distance to everything downtown. Great place, great service will be back.

The property could not be better situated in the downtown area! It was was spacious and just as pictured. The listing calls it a one bedroom, two bath, while the full description calls it a two bedroom, so we weren’t 100% sure what to expect, but it is a true 2 bedroom, 2 bath unit! We had our own huge balcony off the back, and we even had a carport for our vehicle, which was great considering we were under a thunderstorm/hail warning. Would definitely stay here again.

Gorgeous Property but some downsides.

I loved the property and layout, except that its directly attached to other units that can REALLY affect your stay. You could tell it was recently renovated and they spared no expense. It was perfect for our trip. Only few downsides. We rented it on New Years weekend for relaxing getaway. New Years morning while everyone one is trying to sleep in, we get awoken by screeching fire alarms around 9am forcing us and our children outside to stand in our pajamas in 30 degree weather for quite a long period of time with no communication from manager, had to wait on fire department to clear us to go back in. Apparently it was the upstairs unit cooking hash browns and fire alarms were a little to sensitive. The other units said they tried to get ahold of manager. No calls, emails or communication from manager or owner to apologize or check on us. If that happened in a hotel, especially on new years morning, staff would being doing everything they could to make it right and make sure guests are safe. My only other complaint is that my children, husband and I all broke out pretty bad in the same ways and areas after using hot tub.
