"Sea The Good" is a Non-Smoking Townhome that sleeps 8 with 2 swimming pools and a 3 minute walk to the beach. At over 1200 square feet, this newly renovated townhome is outfitted with quartz countertops, Malibu Beach wood floor, new appliances, 65" TV, and a private back patio. Large master bedroom features a KING SIZE bed and an on-suite bathroom. The large second bedroom has 4 QUEEN SIZE mattresses on custom built in bunks allowing plenty of space to sleep and hang out. Bunks have a personal light and USB charging outlet over each one. Additional FULL BATH on lower kitchen level is a dream for a quick shower after beach trips. New sofa converts to a double bed as well. Townhome is located in the laid back West End near Sunnyside and Laguna Beaches, but is still close to all that Panama City Beach has to offer. Only two miles to Pier Park and one mile to the Athletic Park.
NON-SMOKING UNIT ($250 fine)
NO PETS ALLOWED PER HOA REGULATIONS
Maximum 2 vehicles allowed. Rental includes required parking passes (will need to know if you need 1 or 2).
Ring door bell camera with 2-way communication capabilities in use at front door.
Minimum age to rent is 25. Person responsible must be present for the duration of the booking.

This area has been a favorite vacation spot for our family for many years. We love the quietness of the area but enjoy the opportunities for excellent restaurants as well as the fun and shopping offered at Pier Park. You can have the best of both worlds here. Being right across the street from the beach is a perfect location as well.

Our townhome has been totally renovated and provides plenty of space for your large family. It is fully stocked with everything you need if you wish to cook and is close to Winn-Dixie for your groceries. There are video game hook-ups in the family room along with books, games and magazines. Enjoy breakfast at the large island in the kitchen or outside on the patio. 3 full baths make life easier for your group to be ready. Flat screen TVs are also located in each bedroom.
