The backyard has a covered patio with a gas grill and is fenced in with plenty of parking available. Property is located within a mile of 2 free boat launches and within a mile of the front gate to the Naval Air Station. The Naval Air Station allows you to get an up-close view of the Blue Angels during their scheduled practices!

We stayed a week for dive certification, beach and fishing. The home was centrally located to everything we needed. William provided quick responses and very accommodating. We will definitely rent here again on our next trip to Pensacola.

We really enjoyed our stay at the cozy yellow cottage. The house is centrally located, close to beaches, and has a large backyard with a deck and barbecue grill. Would recommend for 2-4 people.

Cottage was clean and nice inside. Location and neighbors were not so good. Next door neighbors were fighting and a lady came to our door wanting to use the phone to call police. Didnt feel safe leaving anything outside. Not blaming host but anyone renting this should know its not best neighbors.

Visiting son at the Navy Base

It was very close to base. The house was super cute and clean. We had a couple of items that needed to be addressed while we’re there and the owner was prompt in responding and making sure our stay was excellent. I would recommend staying there again!

Great Getaway

It really is cozy, the beds are comfortable. William is great. He let us check in early and was very communicative. We were spending the 4th of July with our son who is a Marine. We would definitely stay again. The area is quiet, near the base and a walmart.
