Inaccurate description and dirty

The property was described as having 3 bedrooms with 3 queen sized beds. It has 3 bedrooms, but one of them was empty...no bed. No Wi-Fi password or house information was provided. And finally, the house was dirty, with hair in the towels and sinks, and rotting food in the refrigerator. We were supposed to stay 2 nights, but we only stayed for one. After the first uncomfortable night, we packed up our belongings first thing the morning, and booked ourselves into a hotel. It was an unpleasant experience, and gave me a bad impression of VRBO.
