Fraud

We rented a place at the Beach Towers through Ana only to find out within 24 hours of checking in that our reservation was canceled. We are a family of five and VRBO was of no meaningful help to find us another place to stay. Hours on the phone and vacation nearly completely ruined. Terrible experience all around.
